13Extremely disappointed in this company. We are 3 months into this and it has been a disaster. We were much better off where we were before. This service has not lived up to our expectations at all.

Does the service we pay them for to an alright degree. The issue I'm having is I've been trying to reach out about capabilities of the system for weeks and haven't gotten a response. Not only that is the software isn't fully implemented into our CRM yet, and we've been waiting on info about that since June.
I'm not one to leave a harsh review, because people are human, which is why I give them 3 stars.
Worst company ever! Called two years ago to cancle, thought it did.buisness clossed in 2021 and never used the service (complete inactive) they kept charging my personal accout for two years. Supposedly it will be charged for 60 days still.if there was negative stars they would get that! A bunch of theives!
Beware - company does not respond when trying to cancel service.
Plenty of better review platforms for half the price on the market. Do your research before you get stuck, like we did.
Both the owner of the company where I work, as well as I, have reached out numerous times to cancel our account. We received one response months ago requesting a conversation before we cancelled, even though we were clear that we wanted to cancel without further negotiation. We have reached out via phone, live chat, and email, on multiple occasions with no response and are still being charged for a service we are not using.

I've used PulseM for over 3 years. Back in the day, I could call and get someone on tech support quickly and have an issue resolved with one phone call. Not so anymore. More than once, I've waited days for someone to call me back. Not hours. DAYS! For a company that promotes positive reviews and feedback, they're doing a pathetic job of walking their talk. Could it be that the owners are too busy counting the money?
After I posted this, PulseM responded quickly and corrected the issue. Good. It helps restore faith in the company.

We moved away from PulseM due to the continued support issues our techs were having with the app. Not to mention their support team and reps we have are awful and don't response back in a timely manner when you need something.
Low pressure, simply informative conversation— Josh seems to possess a friendly teacher’s heart (a lost art).
Oftentimes when attending an informational meeting, I am looking at my smartwatch w/glazed-over eyes even if I am interested in the product… during this demo, however, my mind did not wander.

This app is used by an Illinois 24-hr Furnace Repair place that I contacted. I tried to cancel my appointment through the app and it never made it to my tech. It turned into a game of phone tag.why even have the app then?
What made it negative review-worthy was, after the fact, I got a text from the same 70402 number saying "Welcome to Hart Medical, click the link to save us in your contacts! " - some company in Michigan - which makes me feel like the pulseM database is just poorly managed and my info has been mishandled.
