Pump It Up, Frisco TX

My first time going to pump it up and it was great! We celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday and they really made her feel special and catered to her every need. Thanks to the staff for doing such a wonderful job! Olivia will never forget it!

It was my daughter's 4th birthday party and what an event it was! All the kids had a blast it was very well organized.

We have been taking our son here for over a year. This place is clean and the staff has been super friendly every time we have gone. I just called to inquire about booking the place for a private event and the employee that answered the phone was so argumentative and condescending that we will not he booking our private event here or taking our son here anymore. We will not pay to take our child around someone so hostile.

Best service and fun for all. Had my daughter's birthday here and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely amazing. The private jump was great. Highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a great playdate look no further. Your kid will be in heaven! Check this place out! We will be back soon.

They're forcing my 4 yr old to wear a mask to play. First of all we are literally the only ppl in here, second, state says that kids under 10 dont have to wear a mask but the kids at the front desk running this place dont understand that. Also 16 bucks for one toddler is a joke

We always have a blast here and they let me jump with my kiddo, so even better! This is a great way to burn off energy, get exercise and have fun!

So I called Like 10 times hours before we were suppose to be there for a friend's party because I wasn't sure if it was still happening with all this virus stuff going on. No answer all 10 times so I figured they were closed. They call me be back 4 hours later and I told him we missed our friends birthday because they couldn't pickup the phone. All he could say was sorry were busy.
Never gonna go there that's for sure.

Went to a birthday party here for a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old. My 2-year-old even had a great time! It was a little advanced for her age group, but she still had fun!

There for a birthday party, not our kids bday. Observed the staff interacting a lot, not only those hosting our party but the others as well. Although they are almost entirely kids, they did a great job, and everything went smoothly. I was very impressed, and would recommend for sure.

I was a little disappointed today. We've been there before and it's been great but today things were different. The party hosts talked to themselves and rarely interacted with the kids. Maybe we just had great hosts in the past but that's what we expected again today and it isn't what we got.

I will give the hosts credit for being loud enough when they needed to get the kids attention, like when we switched rooms. The hosts were also helpful in getting everything out to the car afterwards.
