26Worse customer service ever. I called to book a birthday party for my son nd was told to leave my # that I will get a call back within 20mins waited 2 hrs with no call from them called them back same person answer nd told me if she can put me on hold while she booked my party got put on hold for 30mins hang up called them back just to get told that she totally forgot she put me on hold nd that they are totally booked for the day I ask for.smh will never go to this place
Hosted my daughter's birthday party here and everyone, including the parents, had a blast. This wasn't our first time coming, but our first time hosting and it was phenomenal! I had absolutely no worries as our assigned party hosts were kind and helpful. We did not have a large group, so the 2 hours was enough to get in everything we wanted done without feeling rushed. Having the whole arena to ourselves was a positive too. I would definitely recommend having stress-free party here.
Fun for kids and adults! We have celebrated my nephew's birthday here the last two years and I honestly cannot say rather the adults or kids enjoy playing more! Terrific fun. I highly recommend for birthday party's#
It's a little too, how can I put this ROBOTIC. Kids are move from one room to another. One hour in play room 45 minutes in cake room. Party over
We threw our 4 year old's birthday party here and it was SO easy and hassle free. All the guests commented on how much fun their kids had and it was the least stressful kid party we have ever done. Would do again in a heartbeat!
Fun place for those under the age of 10/12 yrs to jump and play and celebrate birthdays out of the Texas heat or whatever mood the Texas weather is in! My kid loves it so much we need an endorsement deal of sorts!
