I was told itd be 30 minutes i ended up waiting more than an hour, thrash was on the floor and roof was leaking. Will not be coming back.

Pupusas were ok. Ordered on the phone and said they'll be ready in 20 mins. Got there 20 mins on top of 20 mins he told me they would be ready and my food wasn't ready, once there I still had to wait another 20 mins for them to prepare the food! A WHOLE HOUR just to get 5 pupusas. If you Wana eat something quick, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Long wait times, even when you call ahead. Food will not be ready by when they tell you. Very disorganized, good food but not worth the hassle.

Food is great pupusas are bomb love them every time hot and ready for pickup when I arrived they went up in price but still tastier and cheaper than any other spot 10/10 for me

The pupusas are really good however I have ordered takeout 2 times from them. They said the order would be ready in 20 min both times. Both times we showed up at the restaurant to pick up and waited 30 minutes more to get our food. I also saw the temperature inside the location. AC read 87 degrees. It’s always really hot inside!

The pupusas are already pre-made way before you go in to order; For a restaurant, it only makes sense for the pupusas to be made fresh per order.
The pupusas are worse than other locations I've been at. They should have a sign to inform people they only accept cash cause we didn't expect such thing.
Also the waitress got our total wrong charging around $40 when it was only $25.

Best papusas on the east side of Houston and I have tried many lol. They also stay open late also!

I asked for an order to pick up and when I got home I realized that they changed the order and they sold me some pupusas that I had not lost.now they are in
708 Freeport

They ask you to order by phone, they tell you a certain amount of time and when you arrive they are still not there and you have to wait a long time, it seems that until you arrive they prepare them for you. But the popusas are very rich and at a good price. They just have to improve that.

Pupusa's were good, but there are better. Women in food truck didn't have a good attitude. We waited 30 minutes for 6 pupusas while waiting in a small area full of flies. Curtido didn't have any flavor and very dry

The food is good but the people are rude and take forever wether you order ahead they will give you a time and after the time you show up and they still say they arent ready.

Very tasty but a long time to raise the order even if one speaks it still takes more than 30 minutes waiting for them
