Love this studio! Members are amazing, instructors are awesome, and the workout is THE BEST!

Best studio! Brooke is the BEST instructor and the staff are welcoming and always smiling. Fun atmosphere and killer workout!

PLEASE do not use this location! Use the Greenville Avenue location. Several issues I had with this location. #1 They lied to me. They told me that the same owner owns Greenville Avenue and this location, lie. #2 Greenville Avenue will allow you to attend as many Foundation classes as you want or need. Preston Hollow will not. Foundations there is the sales pitch class. When I joined, I told the staff that I have partial paralysis in my left arm and that plan is to attend only Foundations until I can to build up the strength in my arm. I signed up for a second Foundation class, and the staff kicked me out saying that class is only for newcomers. The owner is unwilling to make an exception and cancel my contract unless I pay a $100 cancelation fee but then they're still going to bill me another month and a half.

I'm all about supporting small business, but when you have physical challenges, being treated this way without exception, is not okay.

My sister just finished her 500th class at the Greenville Avenue location. There's a reason she hung in there for years with these girls. These ladies helped her get to a major milestone. When she started, she attended five Foundation classes. That isn't even allowed at Preston Hollow. At this point for me, I just want to go to Pure Barre where I will be accepted and can start at the level that I'm at. I don't want to be kicked out because I can't attend classes. So my recommendation is use Greenville Avenue and they will support you at whatever level you need to start at!

In response to the owner feedback, striving to help members is not defined by kicking newcomers out of beginner classes. Striving to hold on to newcomer membership money doesn't exactly jive with an environment that I want to be a part of! I am shocked that employees lied and told me the Greenville location owned this location and kicking me out of a newcomers class didn't exactly make me feel welcome!

I’ve been to many locations and this one is by far the best. The staff is great and welcoming and always so encouraging. Killer workout too!

I started going to Pure Barre Preston Hollow about a year ago and I absolutely love this location! I even moved about 20 min away from it and I still drive to the Preston Hollow location because it’s so fantastic!:) I just adore the instructors here. Everyone is so friendly and will always have you leaving class feeling GREAT! I even had a private barre-ty for my bachelorette party and Suzy (the manager) made sure I had decorations, bubbly & an awesome instructor for me and my girls!

I haven’t taken a group fitness class in years, and this has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are great and encouraging! I can feel myself getting stronger each class. All of the staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and I love the location.

Love Pure Barre! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. And I am seeing results - total win!
