Great therapy place. My 14 year old daughter had spinal cord surgery, within 4 months she went from a walking with a walker to walking unassisted. She couldn't have recover this fast without the great staff at Pure Physical Therapist. The entire staff are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. My daughter really enjoyed her therapy sessions, it was hard to say goodbye to the wonderful staff.

I feel bad for giving 3 Stars, but IMHO I didn't have the best experience. The staff in the back is amazing! No compliants there. The front staff was a diff story. I was a patient 2yrs ago under private pay and everything was fine. This time I had ins and I was being overcharged on copays. I did get credit, however was told I could only use for 2 more appt.and the rest would be issued in a check. It's been a month and I have not heard back from anyone. Nor, did I ever get the app with exercises to do at home. I even asked in my last day if I needed to sign anything and still wasn't even told thank you for coming, if you need any therapy in the future, give us a call. Nope! I will not be returning nor will I recommend to family and friends. Very disappointed.

Pure Physical Therapy is a great place to go if you need help recovering from a running injury like me! I had two weeks to get back to health before my half marathon. I needed a fast track! Well Pure Therapy got me there! I was recovered sufficiently to run my half marathon and I even won first place in my age bracket! I even went for follow-up recovery after my half marathon. They gave me tools to use for life so I don’t have reoccurrence injuries.
I highly recommend this Pure Therapy! They are one only ones I know in my area who specialize in sports injuries. Therapist and staff were amazing!

After shoulder surgery, I began therapy here and I have been impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude.

I have completed 3 weeks of therapy and have felt so much better. Everyone from the receptionists to the pts and ptas have been upbeat and accommodating.
Joseph has done 2 dry needling sessions on me and I can really feel the difference! I have also had 1 laser massage treatment and loved it as well. I highly recommend their services. I am going to try their pilates once I am through with my prescribed treatments!

The therapy they give here is different from the others. Some of it is pilates based and it alway has given me better results than the other antiquated therapy locations.

My son loved interacting with the therapist. They all go above and beyond and treat everyone as a person. All of the staff is very friendly and encouraging. Definitely recommend.

I have been coming to pure pt for 2mo and for the first time in a long time I am getting relief from my neck and shoulder pain. Joseph is amazing with the dry needling too!

The experience is comforting and the results are unbelievable. I had tennis elbow, and I recovered 100%. The therapist at Pure Physical Therapy are very helpful and they understand the issue and work on it in a way so that you recover 100%. I feel happy and lucky to have been at Pure Physical Therapy.
