We engaged Blake from Pure Realty to help us source a family home in Austin/Cedar Park and could not have been happier with his professionalism, his responsive and friendly service, and his can-do attitude. We spoke to a number of agents about our international relocation and for most it seemed we were put in the “too hard basket”, but Blake was accommodating from the get-go. I wish I could give more stars.

Do not recommend working with this broker. Tammy Kress is super unprofessional and does not communicate at all. She will never return any of your calls/voicemails. She pushes all responsibilities onto her team and leaves them to dry. Super unresponsive and unreliable. Takes no accountability when things go wrong on their end. They cashed our check two weeks early before the date posted on the check. Gave us wrong key to our new home and did not provide contact info for our landlord, when asked, she simply said, ‘it’s in your lease. ’ Very very unhelpful broker. Stay away.

My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Marriah Oshana. Our jobs were relocating us from across the country to Austin, TX. We had to move fast and with the professional help from Marriah, it was very pleasant! She was very patient with us but yet we trusted her when we had to make big decisions from across the country. Spoke to Rebekkah who I really liked and she referred me to David. I understand I am looking for a very inexpensive house which means less profit for him but I was driving almost 2 hours to look at houses and David cared more about what was convenient to him distance and time wise. If I can drive that far to meet you, you can go out of your comfort zone to show me houses. Very rude and condescending and wasted my time by continuing to tell me he'd look into a property but did I notice this and did I notice that (he was clearly dragging his feet) only to bail on showing me that property. I wish he would have been up front and saved us both some time. When I told David I would not be continuing with his services he made it seem like I wasted his time. His time was only wasted cause he didn't treat me right. Just cause I'm not looking for a big fancy house doesn't mean you can treat me poorly.

Gina Dunn has been a pleasure to work with and her attention to detail made closing on our house seamless. She was available for showings with very little notice and is friendly and fun to tour with as an added bonus!

Rebecca Williams was very helpful in our house search. She was excellent in getting information to us. She is very dedicated in finding what her clients are looking for.

She was thoughtful, genuinely caring, and did everything she could day and night until we found what we needed. Christopher Deel was the agent tasked with selling our home. While the sale occurred quickly the process following it was anything but smooth. Thank goodness for Christopher. He navigated an incredibly difficult situation of our impending sale by working with parties across the board involved in this transaction. He had to manage a very difficult buyer along with the buyer's agent and lending team and through his exhaustive efforts brought the deal to a successful closure for us. Chris Deel is awesome! From start to finish he had my back and took care of so many behind the scenes things that had to be done to complete my rental, which was even more complicated because I was moving from another state, but he made it seamless. And I made my first friend in Texas. He will go above and beyond for you. This is definitely the company you want to use for your rental and buying needs.

Molly has been awesome to work with and they are excellent and effective in the world of realty.
