PWR Texan Theatre, Cleveland TX

Paid top dollar for balcony seats. VIP! Which in the picture when ordering the tickets were comphy seats only to get there balcony seats were high bar stools 2 feet for legs and 24 inches to get around the little round tables couldnt even go to bathroom. Very dissapointed. Could have gotten tickets for front row infront of stage cheaper and better had we not been deceived by pictures.

A great old theater, that is now transforming into a venue, no longer showing movies. Will update review once it reopens.

Privately owned and very friendly and kind. Prices are super great. Nice place. Take your family. Call them for show times.

It is nice for a country town movie. They do not show R rated movies. Have the entire family in mind.

Very disappointed it closed.we didn't get to go. They decided to close it, a week after we moved: (so all new residents won't get to experience it.: (

I've been going to this theater for decades. And while it may be lacking compared to the newer bigger more advanced theaters, it's still an enjoyable throwback to a simpler time. The ticket prices are much less expensive, as well as the drinks and snacks. The theater is kept up very well, very clean. With only having one screen, the movie choices are limited, but they typically show the most popular movie of the current time. The staff are pleasant. Will definitely continue going back. Highly recommended.

Its a great theatre its cheap like 6.99 for a ticket $1 candy and refills and drinks and popcorn are like a few dollars if you go its not easy to spend $20 unless you buy ALOT

Really enjoyed the visit. My family of 6 watched a movie everyone had popcorn a drink and candy under $60.00

They try to make sure families can sit together and will start the movie later to ensure comfortable seating for everyone!

It's a very old theater but the movie was still great! I watched Top Gun Maverick! The theater doesn't have the sound that the new theater does but still have Geeat sound!

The Texan is my favorite hometown haunt! It's like stepping back to yesteryear! There's only one movie that shows each week, but the prices are great! Fresh popcorn, candy and drinks. Service is friendly. Give it a try! It wont disappoint!

We just arrived with some family friends and were about to purchase about 18 tickets and popcorn for all. Our newborn baby, who I was prepared to sit in the car with, cried while in line. Some witch rudely said if the baby is going to cry she's leaving. The old bag of bones at the counter told us to leave. Didn't even ask if the baby was coming in.

TLDR: Pay the extra money for a real theater

Love going to the Texan. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and conversationfrom Wesley, , and we don't have to leave our hometown to fight the traffic to have an evening out. It's kid friendly and layer back. Love it

I along with my 2 month old daughter went inside to see if they had seating available for about 15 people. I was asking before we got a van full of kids out. My daughter had just started fussing because I stopped rocking her long enough to ask the question. Some RUDE lady slammed her hands down on the counter and proceeded to tell the owner she was leaving because she came here to watch a movie and relax after a long day, not listen to an infant crying. I was VERY rudely asked to leave because he just lost a customer over my baby fussing! ONE CUSTOMER LOST VS 15 YOU GAINED! YOUR LOSS! WE WILL NEVER RETURN!

This place is a treasure in Cleveland. Always a good time taking the family here. Everything you need from a theater and nothing you dont.
