Excellent service and reasonable fee. I had my dad’s Father’s Day watch band adjusted. It was done quickly and Farid treated me as though I had bought a major piece of jewelry! Highly recommend.

The owners are very courteous and polite. They bend backwards for their customers. My wife's wedding ring does not fit her any more and I decided it was time to buy her another ring. They had a fabulous collection of hand-made rings at very reasonable prices that it really was difficult to choose which ring to get her. So I bought her a gorgeous diamond ring at a fraction of the price compared to anywhere else (Americus Diamond or Zales) and she was so happy with it. They also have other gold and silver rings. I also have gone there for watch and necklace repairs and they fixed them great with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place!

This place does TERRIBLE finishing/repair work. I was having a link added to my AP Royal Oak and pointed out a deep scratch near the back clasp I wanted to remove. The watchmaker said he could remove it and to my horror, when he returned I saw he had taken a steel brush to my entire watch bracelet and it was scratched ALL over. He completely ruined the factory finish and I left wondering why I had just paid him to scratch up my fine timepiece.

Brought some watches to get links taken and out and new batteries. Owner was very quick and professional, has set prices and did the work in a few minutes. Even cleaned my watches after and had them looking brand new. Will be coming back for future needs.

Fred and Malek's work is exceptional. They are both pleasant. They have so much knowledge, it's nice to go into a jewelry store and have them educate you on your jewelry. I had them repair several pieces of jewelry for a very reasonable price. I bought our granddaughter a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for a very competitive price. I will continue to use them.

Been going there for several years and always had a good experience until last time. Took my Tag in for new battery. Waited while he did it. Brought it back and told me the crown was broken. I told him it was not that way when I brought it in. He just shrugged and didn’t offer to do anything about it. I felt like he broke it, he should fix it. Don’t plan on going back.

Brought in my watch to get a battery replaced. Gentleman was very friendly and courteous and interrupted what he was working on to do my watch right away. Took only about 5 minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommend. Close to the HEB so an easy side trip on your way to the grocery store.

I came to know them from a family member and they were going to try and fix a vintage Mickey Mouse watch from the 50's. When they called me to pick it up I noticed that the arms had no gloves on? Two days later they called and located the white gloves hands for my watch. (short Version) customer service was unbelievable, since then they have made several diamond, sapphire and topaz rings, pendants and earrings. I left very expensive stones and they did NOT switch them out. This is a huge problem with some of the so called best Jewelry stores in SA. At one time they had 35,000.in diamonds, no worries. What everyone in the neighborhood knows them for watch repairs but they also buy gold at the best rate in town unlike some of the so called "fair"jewelers who will rip your head off. These are the good guys!
