Bad customer service and small portion, I asked for a small queso on the side with the chips which comes with my bowl for $3.69, but ended up paying $5.49 for chips and queso. Never be back to this place!

Foods amazing but it averages out with some of the worst service ive ever had between me and my friends. Manager is super nice but I have never had a good experience with the other staff. Prices well only compared to other places though

I've been here 5 times over the last 4 months and everything has been fine. We've tried a variety of bowls which were all tasty, adequately portioned, and served promptly. Service is always courteous, and the place seems clean. Worse thing I can think of is that they sometimes put too much salt on their chips.

Very rude, small portions and tells you you can’t get sauce on the side and gives you the smallest scoop of rice.very horrible experience, seemed very upset to even take my order. I came in at 1: 09 and didn’t leave until 1: 45 my break is from 1-2 i spent the whole thing waiting for the register to work.most customers were walking out due to the wait.no one apologized or anything, so now i can’t even eat because it’s a 10 min drive back to work and I don’t leave until 6 what a waste. Im so upset i can’t even express my level of anger.no one even tried to explain apologize this is crazy.

One of my friends fond of Mexican eateries so we stop by to this place for our lunch.

Ambience - this place got indoor and out door dining area which is clean and sanitised. I loved the quality of spoons and forks here.

Food- We ordered chicken over rice and guacamole and Plant based meat over rice. Both are tastiest and delicious.

Service - unlike Chipotle, these guys serve only one scoop of veggies and chicken.
Over all service is good.

Ordered chicken quesadillas with salsa on the side. Did not receive the salsa and barely received any chicken

I Always come in the evening, I pull up right before they close. Food always good and the people that work there is kind and sweet! Always clean! Good quick food to get!

Im starting to think it’s something genuinely off about this place. This is my third time having to write a review on my experience which is always horrible! Im a paying customer I don’t understand why I can’t get simple service. I asked for chips & queso with the drink which is 3.00 why was I charged 10.00. On top of paying for my bowl… So when I asked what’s the extra fee he said the salsa on my bowl is not free…. Like since when did you have to pay for toppings? Is this a joke? I told him I didn’t want the order anymore. The queso & chips I understand but salsa no. I probably will not return here. This location should be shut down.

I really like this location. It’s very clean. The associate wash hands and change gloves like they are supposed to. Trust me, you would be surprise that some associates at places do not do it.

They are really nice. I’m in and out and food is really good. I love the reward program as well. I already have a free entree!

I warn everybody to not buy the guacamole. I got two sides with my chips and it was disgusting. The texture was off. I went at around 2 pm and am almost certain it wasn’t made fresh. Wont be coming back that’s for sure

Awful customer service! Also, barely filled up and was out of rice and steak in the middle of rush hour.

The food was good as always. Don’t know if the employee was on drugs or just careless, but the service wasn’t good. She had an attitude, just slopped things in my wife’s bowl, didn’t fold my burrito very good, and left queso running down the outside of the bowl of it. I rarely give a bad review anywhere and almost always give someone the benefit of the doubt, but this takes the cake. Would not want to eat at a restaurant with her serving again. I have been in industries requiring customer service/satisfaction for years and this is the kind of experience I never want someone to have.

I like this restaurant, the staff is efficient and the food has always been tasty. There are times when tables need to be cleaned, attribute it to busy hours. But I will be back

I love Qdoba usually but this location’s customer service is AWFUL. I haven’t had a single good experience with any of the workers and I have gone to this location multiple times because it’s close to my work. They’re rude, impatient, and have a mean attitude for no reason.

Do try the spicy queso, it's one of the best out there.
The Quesadilla are pretty good as well.
Make sure to utilize the discount on Tuesdays for UTD students.

Burrito was great until I bit into a piece of bone eating the cholula chicken burrito. Also didn't feel like I got a great amount of value for my money, relative to chipotle.
