QMart, San Antonio TX

The door was closed And there was no sign saying if it was open or close and the person that was just counting the money and being on their cell phone.

All staff members refuses to put soap in the men’s bathroom when requested. There was NO soap. Un-freaking believable.

I dont understand how an airport based gas station closes 5 hours for cleaning. I can understand one hour, if that.

Sick bad store and employees always very dirty store and smell bad always out of items and they said open 24 hours and its a lie i drove 15 minutes arriver the store 11: 50 and they was closed the doors (they served the airport area they must kick this owner out of business because really bad service)
Also over price for anything

The 24 hr 7 days a week is straight up false. The same guy who works there at the airport… short, with a gimpy limp always puts a sign up closed from 12am-5am. How can you be open 24hrs when the door is locked and a sign on the door says closed for cleaning. Plus, it isn’t even midnight, and it’s already locked up. He basically shoved me out the door, and did not let the last gentleman into the store. Mind you, I’m writing this review and still have 4 mins til midnight.

Giving this QMart location one star because the restrooms were filthy. All the doors in the restroom, including the entrance of the establishment were disgusting. You can tell they don’t care about maintaining a clean space for customers.
It’s close to the San Antonio airport. Burger King is connected to the gasoline station store and they also have a good bar in the QTMart, so that’s cool. If the restrooms are like that though, don’t want to imagine the kitchen.

This is an airport gas station. It should be open 24 hours like its hours state. However a note on the door says it's closed from midnight to 5am for cleaning. There are several people wanting to go inside and make a purchase but odd that a 24 hour gas station closes. Next time I will go elsewhere. Disappointing.

NOT 24 HOURS! Closed from 12a - 5a for cleaning a very small gas station? ! More like they can’t keep/hire staff to run the store. Don’t lie Q-Mart. You just look foolish or cheap. Maybe 7-11 should take over if you can’t handle a 24/7 job.

The restrooms were filthy. There was trash all on the floor. The worker that was working. Her name was SHAHANA bad attitude. I told her and she just started talking to me like she was from the streets I said no you’re not going to talk to me That Way she needs to be fired with an attitude like that i’m the customer Today is June 3time 434pm

We see this place is closed 230-330am for cleaning. However we arrived at 1150pm and the door was locked, no sign to say why. A couple minutes later we saw someone come out of the mens RR and go to the register. Another couple minutes later he went into the RR, ignored people standing at the locked door, and we finally left at 1215am. We saw at least 2 dozen people leave. You're losing business!

Since when does it take 5 hrs to clean a Store, that You don't even see the Employee Cleaning the Store.

If You don't like the Store being open, during 3rd-Shift Hour's because of inconsiderate Clientele,
bump up Your Crew so that You can make sure it doesn't become a wreck to a Single Unmotivated Employee.

QT & Various Convenience Stores around the Country do it,
You guys can too.
Especially being an Airport Based Location.

Find Employee's who can Run a Tight Ship, & control the Situation.

I tried calling the location at the airport to check on a friend. The girl who answered the phone was super rude and extremely unprofessional. She started getting on to my friend about giving their number out. If I’m not mistaken their number is readily accessible on the internet. Maybe your employees need to be trained that your number is on the internet. I guess good help is good to fine, but this woman needs to be fired. You can’t help or fix stupid.

Very expensive, one 7 UP cost $3.02, I guess that's the reason they do NOT post the prices on the shelf. Maybe best to check out the fountain drinks or the Burger King if all you want is a drink or BEST to go else where
