We frequently visit this jeweler. They are knowledgeable and do an amazing job handling our jewelry. Customer service is fantastic' definitely recommend. We've had customizations done such as engraving and cleanings. They can do it all!
It was my first time there. I needed two chains repaired. The price was very good, the young man that took care of me was knowledgeable and helpful.
My Son stuck a ring in his finger and QVJ responded us promptly on phone, and did a great job with all the patience and professionalism. It took 1 hr and 40 mins to cut the ring due to multiple layers in the it. But they showed us lots of courtesy and hope.
I have been coming here for 5 years for all my watch batteries replacement and jewelry repair. They are the most honest and fair jewelry store I have ever been to in 50 years prior to finding this store. This is a family run jewelry store and everyone is friendly and professional every time I visit their store.
