They are slower than Christmas.been in the dock two hours and they haven't started loading the truck

Appointment for 07072018 at 1100, I arrived 1040, it took 10 minutes to get to the Welcome Center as I was third in line. The horrible disrespectful window you have to squat down and put your ear to in order to hear. I believe I was at the door almost an hour before I heard the trailer rattle from being loaded. I got the green light app 1330, so i guess my only thing is to ask what happened to the old school two hour in and out times?

First time here and there were trucks parked against the curb on both sides (4 lane street) so if you're looking for parking here is say there not much around. Appt. Was at 0900. At the gate 0835. Bumped dock about 0850. Was done and out the gate by 0945. (dry van)

This place sucks. Can't get any worse than this. I'm so glad I don't drink any of these nasty products

1450lbs over gross, and 10000lbs over on the trailer tandems. Either they don't know how to load a trailer here, which I doubt, or they don't give a damn, which seems more likely.

Got here at 1800 for 1830 appt. Took an hour to get to the gate, trucks lined up outside facility. Got a door at 2030. It's 1: 30 am now and they still haven't finished loading me. Never again.

Was at the facility for 3 hours, not loaded yet. Had a bad head ache and wanted to bobtail down the street to get pain killer but to them they would rather you die than go get some medication. Excuse was that they had a driver that bobtailed out and was involved in accident and they were stuck with trailer in the dock, hell they have a yard truck and over 500 parking spots with more than haf empty. Medical condition gets a priority no matter here u go

I was 15 min early and was out 1hr after my appt time.thanks and its friday got home to my beers early for a change.

Friendly people, got in a bit earlier abt 2 hrs and got dock right away and started loadind abt 30mns later.might not be everybody else but they are a better job than before so kudos to them and their efforts to help truck drivers get going on these eld's times!

Girl at the guard shack was very polite and helpful
Gave me a door right away even though my appointment was at 8am
Took them 2 hours to unload and I was out by 4am

Appt time was 0630 to deliver. I also had a pickup here also which is 11am appt. I arrived 7 hours early at 2330. They unloaded me within the hour. They gave me another door to pickup around 0045 and started loading me 0110. Received bills at 0200. In and out within a few hours.:) 12-18-17

Thanks for receiving guys, unloading fast even we showed up one day early, and they took the load. Especially a girl in receiver is very helpful.

Overnight parking on the street even though there are many no parking signs. Spent the afternoon and night before my appointment and no one bothered me. Appointment necessary. In my case, i was in and out in two hours.

App 9: 30am. I arrived 9: 15. Now is 12: 00pm. I am still at the door with a green light. They are really ashools

In and out under a hour. Just make sure you you mention you Detainment pay buy the hour and mine pays 35 a hour

No stars, only take time, 55 min its before appointment time can't take you, but 30 min its before no empty door 3 hours. When you get door need from 3 to 5 hours loading process. If you arr, later need next day appointment. Top of management.

Quaker/pepsi will go out business before i come back here they have no regards are respect for other people's time

Slow doesn't describe what goes on here. Drop your wagon, go take a 10 hour break, then maybe they'll have you loaded, but probably not.

Crap. From the welcome ctr. Security forgot I was there. Started talking about sum guy she is banging. Really girl talk? Wth. Ask a question you get attitude back. Arlington division way better. Got a look inside. (got inside) sloppy. Unorganized clutter but its food. Hmmmm.

Worst place ever! No one knows what's going on, been waiting for hours to get loaded, got loaded after 3 hours waiting for a hot load! Then waited another hour for paper work while they where just talking to each other in shipping office! I hope it was my firs and last time here!
