6Arrived at 1: 30 p.m did not get tanker until 10: 30 p.m and they didn't even close value or put dust cover back on! Very unprofessional!
Most of the time they get the washout right. Typical washrack parking is a premium. Mostly clean. Getting a kosher done is tricky.
Rain or shine these guys are hard at work cleaning chemicals out of trailers to keep our country moving.
They clean the trailer (so they say on the document). However, horrible customer service. They didn't notify me when they were done. They fully extended the trailer legs, then drop the trailer putting the legs in a bind. They left the caps off and sealed nothing.
Very good people will go out of the way to help I recommend them to all the tanker drivers
Quala invested in a drivers lounge and it has been destroyed less than a year. The bathrooms and showers are nasty and uncleaned. The Quala wash employees has taken it over and track grease and dirt inside all over the floor and inn the lounge chairs! They invested so much money into new tv, chairs, washing machine and dryer to allow their employees to destroy what I thought was for the drivers. They haven't installed direct tv either after a year! Smh these people do not care about the drivers.
