Quality 1 RV, Decatur TX

These guys are amazing! Second RV I’ve bought from Rusty with a seamless experience. Rusty and his team are built for customer satisfaction and work hard to give you everything all the “big guys” seem to over look. Both times I searched for the RV I wanted, I found it at Quality 1 RV. I highly recommend Rusty.

I’m so glad I stopped at Quality 1RV. Everyone was so awesome and answered all my questions. I’m definitely recommending them to all my friends and family. When doing my walk through they not only answered my questions but demonstrated all the features and it was very educational. I feel pretty good about being a first time owner of an RV. The gentleman that delivered my RV also set it up in my driveway and made sure it was secure. Thank you again for all your help!

Put my camper on consignment. Was told if it didn’t sell all my stuff would be there of course, because it was mine. It didn’t sell and I came back to get it to find it completely stripped. No stabilizer hitch (they did replace that), no leveling pads, foot pads, heated hose, sewer fittings, dishes or anything. He even took the electrical cord and the light bulb out of the above the stove light.
Today I finally got someone out to look at the water heater that hasn’t worked since I picked it up. Good reason. He took the motherboard out of it. He did return the electrical cord (so now I have 2 cuz I had to buy one) and he did make good on the water heater by reimbursing me for the expense incurred. The most annoying part is they act like they didn’t do anything wrong. I was told all my stuff would be there if it didn’t sell. Basically lying thieves.

Very enjoyable experience, no pressure sales, easy to work with. Rusty and staff were very helpful in explaining the set up of the RV we purchased. If we ever decide to purchase another unit, Quality 1RV will be our first call.

I highly recommend reaching out to Rusty at Quality 1 RV. Excellent communication and 0 pushy sales tactics. From the first conversation through to driving away hooked up Rusty and his staff wanted to make sure we were in the best RV and had all the knowledge we needed to take her out for the first time. They treated us like family and there was no BS.

We drove from Oklahoma, stopped at Many on the way quality one RV went above and beyond never have we’ve been more satisfied with service from two gentlemen mind you man of God Resty does unto others, as I would note to the haters Ron and Rusty are not the ones that built these trailers. I love my trailer almost as much as my new friends, at quality one RV.even if you don’t buy from them, go see what I say for yourself. Happy trails.
