Quality Air Mechanical LLC, El Paso TX

My 85 year old parents had a issue with their AC unit they just purchased. I tried calling and they said they would be there next day. They did not show up called again and now my calls go straight to voice-mail. They still have not called back and never showed up. I called another company and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes. If we would have known that this was the type of service we would be getting never would have purchased here. I do not recommend.

I don't know where the five star company is that these other people are reviewing. This company is not worth your money and time. Find someone else. They lied not only to me but to my dad who was getting the service. The first time they installed the system, they left my father without A/C and any gas in the home for more than 24 hours due to a problem they caused. They won't honor any promotions either. Quality? There is no quality in their business or product. So disappointed.

They do a very bad job and are very accountable, we had to talk to someone else to fix their bad work.

They were on time even 5 minutes earlier than expected they did the work and didn’t waste time works right away cleans and gives tips on how to use it we were helped by Jose thank you!
