Had some fairly major hail damage (to my 2020 CX-5) in Sept 2023 storm, and these folks got it back to looking brand new again - highly recommended all around. They also handled an amendment to my original insurance estimate with Progressive (turns out the roof/hood damage was enough to require repainting, not just PDR) and were very communicative + easy to work with throughout. Despite how they had to take apart pretty much the *entire* interior for this job in order to get to the body panels, I didn't notice any vibration or anything out of place and it was spotless inside when I picked it up, even cleaner than the day it came from the dealer.

Quality auto has worked on my various car needs over the past two years. It is funny how my car looks better each time. It is like new and they pay attention to detail. My car drives like new. The staff is friendly, communicative, and the owner is a very understanding person. This is one great shop integrity straight up what more can you ask for. Blown away best auto repair experience in 10 years.

I was rear ended and they had to realign my trunk and replace my bumper. Excellent job! Very professional and kept me informed on the progress. Picked my car up today, washed and vacuumed! Cleaned the inside too! Thank you guys!

When I went to pick my vehicle up after 5 months of them keeping it for some simple rear end damage, the plastic was all torn up in the back and the lift gate did not function properly at all with pieces falling off AND engine check light on and they refused to fix the problem claiming it wasn’t their fault even though they claimed they had taken photos before with no engine check light on and then suddenly lost the photos. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get their vehicle back in a timely manner and in the same condition.

These reviews are mostly fake. Got my car back with plastic falling off the inside and a wiring issue they refused to fix which they very obviously caused

Santiago provided a timely quote and worked very hard to help me get a timely quote and work with insurance to get my car repaired. When the other party's insurance were dragging their feet, he was sympathetic and patient. I would definitely bring my car back for any future bodywork!

The attention that Jacqueline received upon arriving at the place was wonderful, she is very kind, she gave me something to drink, it is a beautiful place, very clean with a beautiful decoration, after that Noe took care of me, checking my car and together with Santiago I They said everything they needed to repair and what the budget would be, they were very fast and precise in every detail, they kept me up to date all the time on how the process was going, actually the longest it took was the approval of the insurance and the payment and not It was a lot, because their work was done very quickly and with excellent quality, they also gave me the super clean truck, clean tires, we are very satisfied with the work done in this company, this is a place that I recommend 100%. Very happy with my experience at Quality Auto Body! Customer service is important to them and it shows. I was in a rear-end collision that required coordination with an insurance company that I am not a customer of. Jackie is amazing! She handled all of the administrative tasks and worked around my schedule to get my car in quickly. Communication throughout the process was top-notch and I felt at ease working with them.

After the initial assessment, additional damage was found and Santiago worked with the adjuster to update the assessment and get started on the labor as soon as possible. The turnaround time was shorter than expected so I appreciate the diligence.

When I picked up my car, I noticed something was off so I called Santiago and he had me bring my car in so it could be addressed. He pulled in additional experts to investigate and it ultimately came down to a bent license plate that was causing my sensors to react!

Needless to say, the Quality Auto Body team is dedicated to their work and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Santiago is extremely professional and the shop fixed my issue in 15 mins, free of charge. We came in first thing in the morning and you can't even tell anything happened to our car.

Being willing to do anything absent compensation is about as good an indicator as you could ask for when it comes to being genuine and caring about others!

Returned less than restored. While paint match was decent, there were bolts not tightened, rubber door bummer guard not replaced, gas tank lock now makes loud noise when you lock car, hood is not centered, & rim was switched to other side but has damage to at least center cap. Overall it took 3 months after waiting a month for an appt, so 4 months, to get my vehicle in & repaired. After that time expected a flawless repair but I continue to find things that are loose or were not addressed.

Quality is their first priority. This is a very tightly run organization. Santiago is a straight up guy whose dedication to the customer is top notch. Had nothing but a great time working with him and his crew on my truck’s body and frame issues. His estimates and pricing are incredibly reasonable and his employees are true professionals. I had a very pleasant experience here all the way from the reception ladies to the process of getting an estimate and settling on a deal. I recommend quality auto body parts to anyone who needs body work done. Santiago will get it done right.

This is the only body shop I will use. They do great work at a fair price. Their service matches their work. I took my truck in last week to get an estimate and they took it in the back and fixed it in 10 minutes. No charge.
