Quality Inn & Suites - Granbury

I had 2 rooms for 3 nights. 1 was handicapped rm, they almost had it right; safety rails in bathroom, lowered sink, wide door openings laminate floors but the shower had a 12” rise so you could not roll a wheelchair over, the bathroom door swung the wrong way for easy access, there was not a phone, not enough electrical plugs for CPap, charging oxygen machine, cell phone. The floor was so dirty socks were filthy walking from bed, to bathroom and back to bed. The 2nd room was ok. But the 2nd night I asked the bed to be changed due to my husband cutting his arm and blood all over sheets. Also asked for more towels and wash cloths. Did not get any of it and when told the problem front desk said only could give me cleans sheets and towels. They gave me the wrong size sheets after asking what size bed was, 1 wash cloth, 1hand towel, 1bath towel. Both rooms had 1 tiny trash can that was never emptied.

This location is good, the night staff was excellent. The rooms were average for a 50.00 a night room. I paid double that. My room had blood stained pillow cases and roaches on the wall. They were full because of graduations in the area and Memorial Day weekend so changing rooms was not a option. They just need to do a better job cleaning, hire a pest extermination service. Fix their breakfast as it is less then average quality. Once those things were done then it would be worth the price to stay.
When you complain to management they will tell you the manager won't be in till later that afternoon and give you the number for the reward customer service, customer service will take a complaint, give you a case number send it to the hotel. But they can't issue refunds the hotel has to be the one to do that. Then when you show up back at the hotel when they said the manager will be back in so you can have him resolve the issue. The staff will tell you he is not in and that they don't know what to do. When you ask them to contact someone who can, they play dumb.

Nice but no elevator
I would give this place 5 stars but after a long day no one wants to climb stairs

We called several other hotels which were fully booked. This was the only one with a room available. Overall, 3 stars. Yogurt was expired. There was corn in the sink. Full beds, not queens. Left over food in the fridge. No elevator. No crib.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times and it's always been good but this time we only had one complaint. The microwave was very dirty inside.

I stayed at this hotel during a short separation from my spouse. The rooms were always clean and well stocked. If I had any issue, the front desk was quick to resolve the problem, and the housekeeping crew is out of this world. I would definitely recommend staying here.

After staying here for 2 weeks working I was told I had to leave because they are overbooked and my current room was now someone else’s, and no other rooms are available. So at 7am after a 16hr shift I’m packing my room and looking for another hotel to stay in. Under no circumstances should you stay here.

Over priced for what you get! Kids running down the hallway all night. Outdated and over priced. Business computer in lobby warned of being a copy of Microsoft 7! Checkout at 11, housekeeping banging on all doors at 9: 30 AM, being very loud.

Great place and the best staff. Low price, very clean, 2 person jacuzzi bath tube room, friendly dog for a greater by the smoking area i believe her name was B G, check in guy was very good everytime me my wife and boy would walk by he would ask if we needed anything or if there was anything he could do for us. We couldn't have asked for a better new years hotel. We ended up staying a extra day in town and my wife wanted to try out the comfort suites, supposedly better, and we instantly regretted it yes comfort suites is nice and clean but just the lose of the tub and the difference in mattresses was enough to convince me we messed up. Grass isn't always greener kinda deal. Make this place your first stop get the rooms with a jacuzzi tub and if you want then try else where but this will give you a great place to compare to

Front desk woman, Janet was awesome. Very helpful for my mom and I, staff were great, only bad part is this hotel itself. It’s cheaply made for the price to pay, half sized pillows, bathroom shampoo, conditioner, etc were useless for anybody with longer hair, and blankets feel and look like a tarp.

We made a very last minute trip to the area and this hotel was great. The staff was top notch as far as customer service goes and just down right kind people.
We booked that morning for 2 days and also added another day. The ease and price of staying here was great. 2 other hotels prices were extremely higher because we were booking same day as stay (midweek) in same area. The room we stayed in had newly been remodeled and clean, the breakfast and coffee were good. All in all worth the price and service. Staff day and night desk folks made the stay a solid 4.5 stars.

Room smelled moldy.they moved me. Had issues with billing my credit card to much. No elevator stairs only. Staff was friendly.

Fine for a one night stay, but we will not be staying again.
I give it a 3 because staff was very nice and the room was clean.
Rooms are out dated, only thing high quality/new was the vinyl flooring.
The room smelled like smoke, had yellowing lamp shades, a lumpy old bed, and yellow shower caulking.

Greeting with a smile, down-to-earth conversation and a good laugh and this morning was even better, running late for breakfast they waited on me to help myself to a good meal

Dropped off a friend and was invited to visit with another the next morning. I'm in love with that jacuzzi in the room!

Overpriced especially when I have been a loyal member for years and the time of the year.

Not again at that price will you

We were transfered here from a different hotel because they weren't able to accommodate us, and we were upset about that. The management was SUPER friendly, helpful, attentive, and loved my pup like one of there's. Great family and pet friendly place to stay!

Troy, the night manager, was very helpful and so very friendly. Our first night was rocky. The carpet was dirty and the bed uncomfortable. We slept in another room our second night and there were a few little dusty things, the A/C ran low but we stayed cool and the bed was great! Troy and BG were great hosts. The girl at the front desk was busy on the phone taking care of personal business. We will stay again if we can deal with Troy. I wouldn't want to interrupt the past due business the desk clerk was loudly trying to take care of. That was rude, therefore, 3 stars.

Good location. They still have smoking rooms which is not good. No elevators. They allow animals which is not good. Rooms are nice for this level of hotel. I would stay here again.

This is an older property but has been maintained. The common areas and room were not dirty but could use updates. The front desk attendant was great at check-in and very friendly. Our one night stay was "quality"!
