Quality Inn & Suites Seabrook- NASA- Kemah

The pool is the highlight of this place! Awesome waterfall, good size, beautiful surroundings. We loved it! Lots of things around the hotel and a short drive to so much more.

This hotel was just okay, when we walked into our room it smelled not the greatest and our door was poorly locked. There was no fan in the bathroom, the ac didn’t work thay great, and the coffee pot was in the bathroom (which we didn’t use). The hotel was used for sleeping only and that was it. It’s in a safe location with easy access. I definitely won’t be staying there again though. *EDIT* My name is Briana Martin and you can definitely look up my reservation. This is not a fake review, I also forgot to mention that the picture in the room clearly had water damage from a leak in the ceiling and the pillows were not standard size.

They first wanted to cancel my reservation because I wasn't there by 4: 00 p.m. And the card I booked the room with denied the charge. I was intending on paying with another card. They called me and told me I had to be there by 6: 00 p.m. Or they were cancelling my reservation. We rushed to get there on time. Once we checked into the room it wasn't cool at all so we lowered the air conditioner unit. We left for a few hours to go eat dinner and upon arrival the room still wasn't cool. My husband went to the lobby and asked for another room because this one was not cooling off. They told us they couldn't do that but we could go get a fan. My husband then asked for a refund for us to go elsewhere and they refused to give us one. Keep in mind we haven't touched anything or unpacked yet. My husband comes back to the room after getting a fan for us then turns the TV on and it wouldn't work. My husband goes back down to the lobby and they said that there wasn't anything they could do about it. WE were both furious at this point! We have stayed here several times in the past and the fact that they would not help us in anyway proved they do not care about their customers! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING! Quality Inn & Suites Seabrook - NASA- Kemah has lost our service indefinitely!

So far so good. No frills need somewhere to sleep kind of place. Cards aren’t 100%reliable and the elevator stairs issue is a little strange but not a deal breaker. I’d stay here for work again or if I was just passing through

Staff are kind, attentive and personable.
Owner is incredibly genuine.
Room was impeccable.
We live local and use this hotel for quick get aways. Jacuzzi room was just perfect. The jacuzzi is just the right size to enjoy with my 6'1" husband.
Cannot stress it too much that they are so friendly and caring.
If you want the jacuzzi room you'll have to call and ask.
I suggest you turn the AC way up to cool the room before you add the heat of the jacuzzi to the room.
Tell Moses that the tall bald guy and his red headed wife sent ya!

Go ahead and book! We had a great stay, clean rooms, comfy beds, very friendly staff, good breakfast and pretty swimming pool. Few minutes drive to NASA center.

Stayed at this hotel before before we got on a cruise ship, for the hotel to be a little older it was super clean, the rooms were very spacious and the AC was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the pool was beautiful! Very good and comfortable stay for a awesome price! We will stay here whenever we come to Galveston

This hotel is very clean, reasonably priced and close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. The employees are diamonds! So sweet and friendly.

I loved staying at Quality Inn & Suites with my family! We had a wonderful vacation, and felt very welcome. The staff is super friendly and attentive! Breakfast is tasty! Great location too. Super close to NASA Space Center & Kimah Boardwalk! I highly recommend it!

So many nice things to say about this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was very clean and organized. This would be an excellent choice if you are driving in for a cruise out of Galveston as it is 30 to 40 minutes outside of the port, and reasonably priced we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

Great mom and pop hotel. We had the chance to stay here last year for few weeks, the experience was so wonderful we decided to do it again this year. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, they truly care about their customers, rooms are clean and pool was great. My kid love the cereals, waffle machines, and overall the great breakfast experience. Thank you, we look forward to many more years with you guys.

Staff members were amazing and friendly. We enjoyed staying and the rooms were so nice and clean will definitely book again.
