Quality Inn & Suites Wichita Falls I-44

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! NOT CLEAN. Had bed bugs also. The manager put us in another room. That was not enough. She told us to write a review and here it is.

Rude during check in he was more interested in his phone and his vape than his client.
Web site we booked room on said breakfast until 10am it wasn’t and when we asked if we could just get s muffin or done fruit it was 9: 30 we were treated rudely with a NO and see our sign it says 9.

We accidentally reserved a king bedroom which happened to be a handicap room. The clerk said that she would switch us to a regular room to save the handicap room for someone else. I agreed. When we got to our room, it was two double beds. I assumed that it would be at least two queen beds. The mattress was comfortable but two adults in a double was a little cramped. Not sure if they had queen beds available.

Booked a handicap room with king size bed a week in advance, next day the took $67.59 from our bank account. We arrived today, day of our reservation was charged another $51.61 Plus a pet deposit. When we got to our room it had a tub and a double bed. When we contacted the front desk and manager were told all the handicap rooms with king size beds were all taken. So what good is a reservation? Will I stay in Quality Inn? NO! Will I recommend anyone to stay NO! Have no problem paying for service but to be lied to and talked rudely to, NO thats not what service should be.

This place has an excellent staff that were very friendly this property is very dated it looks like they try to do a few upgrades but they must have hired the peaceful off of Craigslist because it was very shoddy work done the hallway carpet stinks like there was a dead person on it last week still stained the rooms were supposed to be silent and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway all night long I do believe that they rent the rooms hourly it was an experience that I would not like to do again fire beware and good luck with your search

A girl at reception slept w my man. It’s ok Ik he lied to you but you gave him chlamydia and well that means he went in raw. If you are by any chance pregnant lmk I have alll his contact info. No hard feelings girly (;

This was the worst experience. We were traveling for a family trip and booked the hotel. When we arrived, the front desk did not honor the price on our reservation and up-charged us $20. While unloading, the parking lot had people sleeping in their car and smoking marijuana and smelling up the "non-smoking" property. It did not make us feel safe in the least. We entered into the building and the halls were all stained, dirt was everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned in years, the rooms did not have enough towels or washrags for all 3 of us and the room smelled. The walls were patched and spotted and hairs were on towels, on the toilet and the room had a stale smell. This was the worst hotel and service I have ever stayed in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The stay was bearable until I used the laundry facility. The washer did not have a spin cycle so my clothes were soaking wet. It took 3 extra dryer cycles to get them close to dry. Also, the property doesn't appear to have been updated since around 1990.

Very happy with this motel, price was great, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.we highly recommend.

The staff makeup charges to charge you, states it is their policy yet cannot show you the policy any where but even in their website.

WORST HOTEL! I have ever stayed at, managers are a joke and only care about being as rude as possible. Getting any sort of basic service like toilet paper or a clean room is a chore. If I didn't have to stay here for work I wouldn't ever come back, I only assume this place is just barely above legal standards for living. Truly a pathetic business.

I just stayed overnight in mid journey. The only problem was the placement of the elevator. It was about 100 yards down the hall from checkin. Then, I had to walk the 100 yards back on the second floor as my room was in the other direction from checkin. Being disabled, I certainly got my steps in for the day.

There were stairs about mid way, but stairs are difficult for me when I have bags.

It is a very popular place. Not a lot of parking left when I arrived. Lots of construction workers staying there with their big trucks parking parallel taking up numerous spots with one truck.

It was about average for the hotel type. Some repairs needed in the room.

Short term one night stay - not bad. Longterm multi night stay - no way.

Price was right.

Managers are as rude as they can be and bust in the room unannounced. Rooms are dirty, outside is trashed and lots of bugs. Don't expected to get any basic service from these people. Don't ever stay here unless you want to have a terrible hotel experience.

The front desk manager is so rude, I have never met anyone who yells and sighs when staying customers are walking away. Don't expect your room to get serviced because it won't. The manager says all they do is take out the trash and swap the sheets if she asks them to. I'm talking about the manager upfront with glasses and works mornings.
She has the ugliest and rudest attitude. She likes to brag how's she's the manager and how the owner won't help paying customers because he goes through her for information. This hotel needs better
management, and better cleaning staff.

Girl that works the front desk at day was VERY NICE! Never had a bad room at a Quality Inn!
