This business is top tier. As seen in their name, Quality is a vital and principal attribute of this small business. Personal I was majorly impressed with the lifetime RV roof sprayings. The way this business is run is on another level, kind of like their little merch shop which provides a rustic atmosphere second to none with adorable decorations that will make you laugh out loud. Overall, I was quite satisfied to say the least.

These guys and girls are the opposite of what you expect from an RV repair facility. That’s a good thing. They care about what they are doing. They communicate extensively and accurately! They do it right the first time and if not they own the issue and fix it. They suggest things I missed and they are very reasonably priced. Like I said they are unlike any rv repair facility I have ever dealt with. Thank God!

We live full time in our fifth wheel and had a main slide out needing adjustment. Quality took us in understanding that we are full time and turned us around in 10 days. Katie and Lisa did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress and Lisa wrestled with our warranty company to get a problem with our main awning fixed. Anytime we need service in the DFW area, we will be back at Quality RV Solutions! Thanks, Y’all!

Repaired everything I knew about and a lot I was unaware of. Told them when I was scheduled to leave on a trip and they delivered with days to spare. Very professional and customer oriented. Great work guys. Thanks.

We have only had the absolute best experience every time we have used Quality RV Solutions. They are very professional, excellent at communication and complete work in a very timely manner at reasonable prices. We’ve had a class C motor home for the past 6 years and have used multiple repair services. Quality far surpasses the others. By far the best! We only use them now!

Our aqua-hot has been serviced the past two years by Quality RV and this year after two weeks from this year’s service the Aqua-hot stopped operating on fuel after approximately two weeks when in Colorado. The cost to repair was $3500.00 by Quality RV. Disappointed that they did not find this problem after paying almost $800.00 to do the past two years annual service.

Amazing customer service. They worked so hard to help us out with our firefly panel in our motorhome. Will definitely be back

Brought our motorhome back for a recall on our window, generator oil change, and oil change on the coach.
Everything before the appointment was fantastic. Whoever is in charge of messaging us was extremely nice and attentive. They even asked for pictures of the stickers so they could order the parts ahead of time bc they know we are full timers
The day of the appointment was disappointing though. Starting with the lady at the front desk… not as nice as the lady on the phone and had an attitude.
We waited around all day without an update. I finally called and they said they were waiting on parts to come in…. The parts that were already supposed to have been there. We scheduled the appointment MONTHS in advance. So we wait a bit longer and then decide to go up there to see if I could get an update and pay the bill / do any paperwork to help speed up the process…. I walk in and they’re all in a meeting. THE WHOLE PLACE! After just being closed for lunch

Keep in mind they told us it would be done that “same morning”. It’s now 3 pm
I’m beyond frustrated at this point. They tell us it’s gonna take a bit longer but not too much. Ugh! So we drive around for a bit
Then we finally get a call that it’s ready and we go pick it up …. Only to find out that the window they replaced for the recall is frosted! The matching window is not.
The tech came to our Rv to inspect it so why it was ordered as a frosted window, I have no idea.

No call that the window was different before putting it in…. And no mention of it while I was paying….

I expected better from them. We were so happy thinking we found a good, decent Rv shop but now …. Idk.

Lisa and the team at Quality RV Solutions did a great job once again! I had some roof damage and they worked with my insurance company to get it replaced. The new roof has a lifetime warranty and it looks great! They also worked with my RV manufacturer to get multiple warranty issues fixed. Lisa had to go back and forth with manufacturer to get needed parts and funds to do the job right. Now everything is fixed and I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you’re tired of having your RV sit for months at the dealership waiting for someone to diagnose and fix the problem, give these good people a try. They really are different (in a good way!)

Once again, the peeps at QRV have helped me out and quickly got me back on the road. Shout out "Thanks" to Lisa & Preston for taking care of me and my Isata5. I thought the slide motor was burned out, but it was binding. I was never properly instructed on how to correctly close/open my slides by my dealer. They quickly dx the issue and fixed it & showed me the correct way.

We recently had some warranty work done at Quality RV Solutions and they did a fantastic job! They handled the communication with the manufacturer and the whole process was pretty much seamless. The work was completed in a timely manner. Great customer service!

Recieved travel trailer back from front cap repair and was disappointed in finish work done.
Update. The owner Mr Sears called and came clear out to Decatur and repaired all issues and educated me on the way RV's are built and why. He went above and beyond in service and knowledge of product putting all of our reservations to rest. Will definitely use Quality RV in the future.

They were able to get our Insurance claim taken care of right away and got us in line and completed the repair within the time frame they quoted us.

I deleted my initial review after call from technician. But then it didn't make sense. I paid $2k for my food trailer to be rewired. Low voltage coming out of exterior light connections which was the initial concern of mine. A month ago, a light switch failed which led to no electricity going through the trailer. I included a picture of light switch. Technician said they never touched the switch. That confuses me because the switch would have to be disconnected for the old wires to be replaced with new wiring. If the switch is disconnected like the other switch was disconnected and replaced without my consent, then that would be the responsibility of the technician. Now I'm wondering did I lose $2,000 for nothing. Was the trailer completely rewired or only part of it? If there was a QA done on the work, why exterior lights have little electricity. I could opt to not work for two weeks or so while hoping they could figure this out but now hearing they didn't touch the switch but the trailer was rewired completely without touching the switch has caused me to lose all confidence if letting them work on it again. Doesn't hurt them though. My advice to anyone with an electrical issue like mine, is simply to instruct no parts replaced without consent and proof of old wiring.
