Quality Suites, Temple TX

If I could give zero stars I would. Their website says "Pets Welcome" and the man we spoke to on the phone when booking our room even asked what breed our dog was and said she'd be fine. When we walked in with our luggage AND DOG the lady at the front desk didn't say ANYTHING about our dog. About two hours later when I went to take my dog out to pee there was a new lady at the front desk and she said this was a no pets allowed hotel. We left the same day we arrived and as I was leaving I noticed there were nasty brown stain in the sheets (looked crusty as well) and it was originally folded as if trying to be hidden. Definitely will NOT be using this hotel chain ever again.

The room was clean. The clerk at night 1/28/23 was very rude and charged Us for $146 for a room of $76. It was a family of 4. Plus a $50 deposit. I do not know why? May be the way we dressed or because we look like latinos.

AC unit didn't turn on. Smoke alarm beeping from low battery. Terrible wifi. I showed up late so didn't have time to ask for a new room. There were also no parking spots available. Perfect location for my business trip but I'm not coming back.

Just wrapping up a five night stay while on a business trip in the Temple, TX area. Staff at the hotel was incredibly nice. Rooms have the typical amenities and are very clean. Location was perfect! Minor comments would be the slow Wifi and the room doors are not correctly aligned so there is noise in the evening with guests trying to figure out how to lock their room doors. Aside from those two items, a great stay!

Do not stay here. We stayed here during the ice storm. It was the only hotel we could find with an available room. I wish I would have booked an airbnb! We paid $172 to stay in a standard room. There were bugs crawling around the microwave, on top of the dresser and on the walls. There were also a lot of mattresses in the hallway right next to the stairs that did not look clean. They did not salt their sidewalk and my husband slipped. This was the sidewalk that you had to walk on to enter. Due to the weather and road conditions we were not able to leave. Thankfully there were not any bed bugs! The whole place is out dated has had patchy repairs and was frankly not completely clean. When we woke up the floor was completely wet from possibly the heat/ac unit. I would not believe any good reviews left on this hotel. The photos show some of the problems including a photo of one of the bugs underneath the pink wallet.

Nice room with good mattress. Could use some wall paint but room was cleaned nice. Very nice staff.

Rooms are nice but has roaches and no water pressure.barely any hot water.they false advertise about the breakfast

One the best value hotels you can afford on a budget without sacrificing too much in the way of amenities, cleanliness, or comfort! I'm never particularly "impressed" per say, but more importantly, I have never been disappointed!

Very good stay, the only bad thing is this Indian skinny lady with brown spots around her eyes she's a real b**ch. Gives attitude for simply asking her the wifi password. And also for trying to get my cards reprogrammed. Also asked how much were the powerades they sell and said the price was on the door (which I hadn't noticed, my fault ofc) but there's no need for her to be such a b**ch.

The rooms are very nice and clean the wifi was a little slow during peak times 8.30-10 and 430 to 7.

It's not the cheapest but it is a good value for the price.

I cannot believe this establishment calls themselves "quality. " I booked a reservation here weeks in advance, and then when the morning of check-in day came, they called me to inform me that they had a busy night and that they would be cancelling my reservation. What really happened was that I had a discounted rate and they wanted to charge full-price for my room, so instead of honoring the reservation I was depending on, they just cancelled it to make a buck. The audacity blew my mind. Is this not the "hospitality industry"? The women on the other end of the phone call was rude and unhelpful. To be honest, I still can't believe this even happened. I would sleep in my car before I gave this place my business if it was the last bed on Earth.

Nice atmosphere, front desk very acknowledgeable, fast and efficient, not in a rush checking guest in. Room very spacious and emmaculate, clean, quiet
