7 I was a little skeptical about this place after viewing the reviews on Google.
I stayed here for three nights with a pair of basketball teams.
The free breakfast was filling. I liked the Texas-shaped waffle iron.
It seems the hotel has been recently renovated. I had a two-bed unit to myself. It was very clean with the exception of two stains I noticed on the comforter and carpet.
The water didn't get that hot in the shower. It took a while for it to get warm.
The hotel as a whole was very clean. There's a Whataburger within walking distance, plus the mall and Chick-Fil-A are very close by.
The fitness center was closed and under maintenance.
Horrible service, the woman on night shift didn't want to rent me just because she didn't know english, she said she couldn't help me
Nonsmoking bedroom booked. Smelt musty, pretty gross, also part the floor was damped, close to the window/AC unit. The beds however were super comfortable! Complimentary breakfast, great options.
Large bathrooms I use a walker and need to be able to get around. Friendly staff.
The hotel beds were pretty hard to sleep on. The pool was very small. The breakfast was very limited. You can hear everything anyone is doing. Be it in your own room or on the floor above you.
Prepaid for a hotel weeks in advance only to refuse my daughter on the day of. They said she had to be 25. Then didn't immediately refund her money so she could find different lodgings. The people here are just the absolute worst. The receptionist was exceptional rude, she got and attitude and yelled at me and told me that they only rented to legal adults. Last time I checked you didn't have to be 25 to be considered a legal adult.
Son and I stayed for 2 nights in larger king room. Have to say right of the bat the check in a check out was the fastest I had ever done. Check in was maybe 45 seconds. Room was pretty clean and looked like it had been remodeled recently. Had a nice 50" tv on the wall and a larger dorm style fridge was great for all my sons snacks and drinks. Very happy with stay and for the price I was pleasantly surprised.
