Quartino Ristorante, The Colony TX

I’ve been coming here near since they have opened and I find it to be an enjoyable experience with friendly staff and quality food. I always recommend Quartino to my friends seeking quality Italian food (on a friendly budget as well).

Great concept with interesting menu options. If you are going here for the first time, take a chance and try a variety of appetizers and main dishes to share. Reminded me of when I spent three great weeks in Italy 50 years ago.

We have been waiting for this place to open for 2 years! My wife has been to their location in Chicago and raved about it. She was 100% right! This place is fantastic. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is so nice and extremely accommodating. We have returned to this restaurant 3 times since our first visit in June. The pizza is excellent. The Linguine and clams are delicious, the Gnocchi, Cesar Salad, Fettuccine Alfredo, Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese, Everything we have tried so far has been excellent. We are definitely regulars here. This place is a must try. 11/29/2023 We've been back over a dozen times since my first post and we love this place. Benjamin is our favorite waiter, very professional and very nice, great at offering suggestions to improve your dining experience. All the waiters are really good.

Had a spectacular time, the bartenders were very helpful and offered many suggestions for original drinks.
We then moved to the dining area, all 18 of us. The server was amazing, and the food was incredible. The prices for this place are very, very affordable, and the portions are just the perfect amount. These guys definitely know what they are doing at this place!

Late night party of 12 no reservations.no problem. This place is the real deal, great food, great service, great atmosphere. Homemade pasta, house cured meats and cheese, even the salads were well thought thru and executed. I have yet to find authentic Italian in the dfw and this place nailed it. Hands down best Italian I've had in Dallas in the 23 years I've been here.

We chose this restaurant for our parents wedding anniversary. It’s a really charming place with European notes. The food was good but a little bit spicy as for the Italian cuisine. It was prepared really quick despite of the busy hours.

The disappointment thing was the greeting stuff. We booked it in-person and even chose the table with manager Nick, 2 days before. But when we arrived on the booked day, an unpleasant blonde girl told that she didn’t have any notes for that and couldn’t provide us with the desired table. It took about 15 min to figure out where to accommodate us. Her face was expression nothing. She didn’t try to help us at all. After some time Nick appeared and took care of us. We received the desired table and then everything went smooth. We enjoyed the service by Isaac. This guy turned our evening into a great moment with a warm atmosphere. Thank you, Isaac!

Menu was great with many different choices you don't always see in an Italian restaurant. The sausage Risotto was delish. Our server was exceptionally attentive, and a table visit by the Chef and GM was a plus. AND even better, affordable for good food.

You should try it. If you need a reservation, call the number and asked to be patched through directly to the restaurant.

I love it here! The pizza is great! For me it's an amazing place to get some work done or even meet with clients!

My teen daughter with celiac disease ate here for her friend's birthday last week. They have a gluten free menu and she chose the pasta with marinara. I called the day before and the manager explained that they have a strict protocol to prevent cross contamination and that the GF pasta is not boiled in the same water as the regular pasta (you'd be surprised by how many restaurants use shared water or shared grease to cook GF food, which ruins it for the allergic person). She said it was really good and she didn't get sick! She is a sensitive celiac and has gotten sick the last several times she has tried to eat supposedly safe foods out in public, so it was a very welcome surprise that she didn't end up sick again this time. Great new Italian restaurant in Grandscape. Atmosphere and service were excellent. Food was really good and shareable style. Can't wait to go back.

Great food, superb service! Love how they show all of the old Italian movies! Very reasonable prices too! Can accommodate any dietary needs!

I know Quartino restaurant on State Street in Chicago very well and was looking forward to come and try one in Grandscape, Texas. What a dissapointment! The menu changed, the dishes in small cast iron skillets that used to be home made warm vegetables (eggplant, red pepers) with olive oil are now cold dishes with heavy salt and excessive vinegar content. Nothing testes home made anymore. In fact, it tastes more like served from plastic bags from a whole sale restaurant supplier. Bad experience. The waitresses was cluless as well.

Also, they don't have veal meatballs with little raisins they used to have as a small side dish. As their manager said - they eliminated food that was labor intensive. To me, that means they cook less and use some bulk from somewhere.
Dissapointing

Great pasta. Complex flavors, reminiscent of the hill in St. Louis. (Italian neighborhood) amongst the elite in Italian flavors in Dallas.

Delicious Italian food. Good service. Very clean. Had fun my son Noè. And family invited me for my #75 b-day. My oldest grandson Ricardo selected this place. He works at the theatre cinema. Thanks to you'll. God Bless all my family angelica. Sebastian y fam. Sergio y wife. Etc. Love you'll.
