We used the services from Quartus for renewing my passport. All it needed was a visit to the office in Stafford.rest was taken care. Thank you so much - I have the passport in 15 days.

I went to Dennis for my naturalization processes. He took care of all the stuff. Just gave him the required documents and his price is pretty reasonable. It went smoothly and now I am a citizen. Thank you Dennis. In past he helped me with my son's passport too.

We came to know about this business from our neighbor. I personally was hesitant to go there as I had renewed my Indian passport myself last year. However, a lot of indian passport application processes have changed recently and there are many unknowns because of COVID. The ckgs website has too much information on the application process to read and understand and the call center isnt open.

We had called Dennis up before we went there with an incomplete application. All we had was the old passport and e-copies of address proofs. Dennis has told us that he had to be some place at 3 PM and it was 2: 15 already. However, he patiently sat with us and completed the application for us and stayed longer until it was completed at 3: 30PM. (Thank you for that!)

Indian Passport/ OCI application needs photographs, Notarization, Color copies of proofs, payment fees and some more documents. We were able to get all of this ready here (you probably have to get the payment for the application at a bank or a store). We had an utmost emergency to renew the passport via tatkal and Dennis checked each and every line of our application before it could be dropped off at FedEx and we got back the fresh passport without any issues in just 3 days. We plan to get help with our OCI applications next.

I strongly recommend this place and their services as their fees are very nominal. Choose to go through them instead of getting your application returned by our embassy as you missed something. The fees charged by this place goes towards photographs, notarization, color copies and so on. They are located in a convenient place as well and offer a lot of necessary services. Call them or go there!
(Note: They take a lot of precautions for COVID-safety!)
