Went for annual check, office looked clean and checking in was fast and easy. Doctor didn't took long to get to the room after nurse took me there. Doctor listen to my concerns and requests regarding the treatment methods I wanted to follow. I recommend that at time of check out, person who's performing this knows all the things that patient needs before going out of the office.

Dr. Pravong has been my family doctor for years. She always spends time listening to my concerns and talking to me me. She cares about her patients. I never have to wait long, she’s always right on schedule.

Dr, Pravong and staff are awesome. Very thorough and professional. They take a ll the time you need. We were very happy with our new family doctor. Thanks to all involved.

I changed insurance companies and had to change Doctors as well and out of the blue picked Dr. Provong at Texas Health Recourse and I got lucky. The staff is kind and efficient and Dr. Provong is very thorough with my medical history. I think I have found a really good group to take care of my health.

Dr. Thu Pravong is the most uncaring doctor I ever meet in my life! So cold blooded! Dont even know what going on with her patient, Her front office aslo a bundle of lazy people and rude! Cannot even handle fax thing, dont go here, believe me u will see how uncare dr pravong is!

I love my doctor! How many people can truly say that. Dr. Pravong has been my PCP for many years now. She is very knowledgeable and understanding and genuinely listens to me and my concerns. She explains things to me in words i can understand and when i leave her office, i feel content and informed, not bitter and confused! I would recommend Dr. Pravong and the medical staff at Texas Health Family Care in a heartbeat! I drive 25 miles to see her, worth every minute!

The staff at Texas Health Physicians Group is very nice and I found Dr. Pravong very thorough, building my confidence in having her as my physician.

I have been a patient for years but my appts.were always with the PA. Yesterday I saw Dr. Pravong and I am so happy I did! She was very attentive, friendly and listened to my concerns. Only have to wait in waiting room for a short time Have to wait for doctor to come in usually 20 mins However she never rushes you when she does come in
