The worst company! We were charged for another company for 3 years and still wont get it corrected. We were also charged for a location that closed 3 years ago, and still won't get our account corrected. Use anyone else.this is the worst!

Waynon Scheu did a great a great job cleaning our ice/water machine. He was very thorough and the water tastes better!

I didn't originally start with Quench, we had a local vendor for years that sold their business accounts to Quench end of 2021. When this sale happened I was never notified and had no idea until I received a bill from Quench in the mail. After a slow start communicating via email with them I finally had everything updated with payment info etc. Fast forward to this year and I get an email about their supposedly awesome water/ice machines. I'm thinking "I love ice so maybe I'll check this out and get a quote". Contacted them at least four times and nothing but crickets, no email, no phone call, nothing. Even went back to the original vendor to see if they could help me out, seemed promising at first because she was surprised they were not responsive, seemed like she was going to be able to help or at least guide me to someone at Quench that could help and then she went awol. Soooo.bottom line. IF you want to work with a company that doesn't reply to emails or messages, doesn't contact you to do any possible upgrades and doesn't schedule visits to clean/maintain your machine then definitely check them out! The one thing they are great at is processing your monthly payment!

I enjoyed having the Quench machine in my office for almost 9 years (!)
My contract with them stated that the commitment was for 3 years. Well, when I moved my office, I gave them 30 days notice, and I thought we'd be all good. Then was told that I didn't fulfil my contract and had to pay an additional 7 months of service when they removed my unit (~$200). "Why? " I asked. In small print, under the contract, it informs you that each 3-year contract automatically renews when you don't cancel it EXACTLY AT THE 3-YEAR MARK. Oh, and you're never informed of when this is. You're just supposed to know or have it on your calendar or something.
Like I don't already have enough to do. So I'm a good customer, all bills paid for 9 YEARS, and then treated like this? Disappointing. I guess I should be glad I didn't cancel earlier and have to pay more. (*crying emoji)

In my experience with this company, there was very poor communication and customer service. Even when they were collecting payments, they did not provide the invoice for charges up front and did not update their contact information. Contracts auto renew without any courtesy reminder to customer. I do not recommend ever getting into a contract with this company.
