My experience at the Quest Diagnostic was very good. The person who helped me was Amy. She was kind & efficient at what she does.

These people don’t honor your scheduled appointment so you need to not have anything else to do. I scheduled an appointment for two it is now 2: 30 and I have yet to be seen

What's the point of making an appointment? My appointment was at 11: 50. It is 11: 20pm now and I am still waiting. I am on my lunch break and I will be late. Thank you!

Rashonda the lab phlebotomist should get a raise. Got a difficult vein in one shot with no issues. I'm impressed. For years nobody can do it and has always had issues. Great attitude too. In and out in under a minute even with my questions. We need more like her who do IVs as well.

There is only one lady at 7 am today, but she did take a lot of time answering ALL my different questions even though I do not expect to.

I registered online for a test, site did not give me the option for a specific schedule so I selected to walk in, upon arraival I had to register again on the self asist kiosk and it give an appointment 2 hours later. So guys why you make us come twice for a simple test. 1st rule of customer service, Don't waste customer time.

I have waited a week for test results that should’ve taken 2 days. My job tried to reach out to them for my test results without any luck. I had to come back to location to get assistance and now my employer has to call a customer service line to hopefully get my results. I’m very disappointed with this location, I’ve been using Quest for years and I never had this happened until I came to this location. Never returning.

I was directed here for a urine drug test. When I arrived at 7 AM, the kiosk told me that I had to return at the next available time which was 12: 40 PM. One of the doctors saw and decided to help me out so I did not have to wait several hours. She was very professional and courteous.

If you come here, make sure to schedule an appointment beforehand as walk-ins have a long wait list.

Unprofessional, arguing back and forth with patients in lobby, no one at the desk to assist you. When you ask them anything, their response is “check into kiosk. ” Healthcare has gone to trash. Not sure if theyre short staffed but the wait time is ridiculously slow.

Need to go every 2 weeks with my mom who is 82 and has hard veins to take, always ask for a butterfly because when use another way they need to puncture again my mother (under blood thinners this is bad) Today I knew the reason they refuse to use the butterfly, is to expensive and they don’t get enough supplies? Is what the lady said, also, bad service, employees look upset and always rushing, terrible care and customer service.

This place is so unprofessional, especially from the way the employees talk to the patients, there’s this one lady of brown skin color and blonde ish hair she is so rude, gives every patient a dirty look tells them about their policy of appointment only and is EXTREMELY unprofessional with walk in appointments I did not feel any hospitality in this clinic at all
