4This place is awful… if you need help download the app… even if it’s a simple question just download the app the phone system does not work. And don’t bother telling them either because they’re aware
I’ve been here at least once a year for the 15 years I’ve lived in Granbury and every single time had a great experience. The staff is friendly, gentle, and efficient. I’ve even had them go above and beyond to help me out with an unexpected insurance issue last year.
This place is terrible. I can’t even get my blood work done because they’re careless. There’s absolutely nobody at the front desk and it’s all digital, I expressed to the lady that pulls people back that I needed an appt for 7: 45-8 and she didn’t care at all. Do not recommend what so ever.
The staff at this location are incredibly compassionate, hardworking, and skilled, and go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you for making an unpleasant health situation a little less stressful!
