My visit to Quest Diagnostics at Memorial Herman Hospital was marred by unprofessionalism and rudeness from the staff. The attendant displayed a lack of courtesy, even laughing during procedures. This behavior, directed not just at me but also my spouse, is disappointing and reflects poorly on the overall quality of service. Improvement in staff demeanor is crucial for a more positive patient experience. Adding to the dismay, my three day old newborn baby was crying during the blood removal process, and instead of showing empathy, the staff member continued to laugh. The insensitivity extended to questioning if my daughter was sick. This lack of compassion and professionalism further contributed to an unpleasant experience that should be addressed for the well-being of patients and their families.

Worst place to get a blood work done. Especially if you have blood work for kids, please avoid this dangerous place where the staff does not even behave human to children. Our children got trauma for bloodwork after getting blood drawn at this location.

The lady over this place, is so rude that she does not know how to handle little kids. Scolding them if something happens, it’s their fault and not because she cannot handle them gently when injecting the needle on their skin. Felt like crying as we have never seen such ruthless human beings who don’t care about other fellow humans.

Unfortunately doctors at Memorial Herman recommended us to this place which functions inside hospital facility. I wish authorities take action and give coaching to staff at this quest clinic. If there is justice in this world, we pray to to God, please teach these people to be kind and loving to others. It’s a short life not to make others life hell.

Staff was rude, disrespectful and outrageous. Couldn’t get a word in because I kept getting interrupted. I honestly don’t know how this business is still running because every.single.person there was rude. Also left a huge hematoma on my arm after getting blood drawn out.

They violated my wife’s HIPPA rights on 12/5/2023 by yelling to other quest employees to get out of the way, my wife had H Pylori as she was about to perform a blow test. The lady literally yelled it out for everyone to hear. On top of that, my wife has gut problems and is very sensitive and they were performing the h pylori test with tap water in which she refused. Any EDUCATED person would know you don’t test with tap water, h pylori is not that sort of contagious by airborne and you don’t yell a persons diagnosis out loud like that. I’m shocked this facility has such terrible reviews and nothing gets done by quest. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

Took my 4 year old. As soon as I walked in it smelled like marijuana. My 4 year old does amazing with shots, she literally was yelling and crying at the top of her lungs here which has NEVER happened to us before anywhere else.she was wiggling the needle so very unprofessional. Horrible staff, not friendly. Traumatic experience to say the least.

Would not recommend. Had to take my one year old to get his blood drawn and the lady taking his blood was so rude and unprofessional.

In and out very quickly with a good service.
Booked online a few days before. My appointment was on a Monday morning at 8: 50am. Arrived about 10 min early. Checked in on the automated screens. Was called within 5 min. And out by 9am. Very nice nurse with my little one as it was her first time.

Terrible attention in the examination service, the nurse did not make an attempt to assist me simply because I do not speak English. In addition, they demanded the printed order and according to them they could not receive it in an email to be able to print, I had to go to the rehabilitation inn to ask for help in which the person helped me without problem by providing me with an email to be able to print my order. Not to mention that the patient made me come in and when she saw that I didn't speak English, she took me out of the room and continued with the other patients. I felt totally discriminated against and ignored.

The 2 black ladies have no idea how to treat kids I'll give them zero stars. I won't go back never again.

I’ve been here a few times and each time the girls aren’t very friendly. Not rude just not friendly. I haven’t had a bad experience here though. However, my experience today was FABULOUS thanks to Kayla. The girl works a needle with an angel’s hand. She was so sweet and so patient with me. I have a high fear of needles and I didn’t feel anything with her. She was the best person I’ve ever had take blood from me. Thank you so so much Kayla!

The person drawing my blood did not even greet me. No personality what so ever. I feel sorry for someone going there because of cancer or something else. Very cold. Did not even acknowledge my presence there. Awful will never go again or recommend

After reading the reviews, I was afraid to go here. I mistakenly thought this was the Katy Medical Arts Center location and didn't learn of mistake until just before my appointment time. I went this morning. Oct. 9,2023. I couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone was friendly and super nice. I was in and out quickly. Khaile was super. I enjoyed talking to her and never felt the needle stick.

They need to fire their entire staff at Quest Diagnostic located at this location! Rude, refuses to acknowledge patients! Need to close this location and probably more! Stop doing business with Quest Diagnostic!

I would give the staff zero stars if I could. Lazy, rude, unprofessional, lacking empathy. I went in with a 3 year old and the lady I dealt with gave me the worse medical experience I’ve ever had. She was so rude to me even my kid was afraid of her. Will never go back there. Would never tell anyone to go there.

Rude employees especially at reception. Asked for help scheduling an appointment and tried to avoid helping or even direct me.

What made it worse is that they obviously don’t train we’ll.

My daughters arm was bruised bad when they have to draw blood for test as the lady didn’t know how to insure a needle, had to be very patient with them and expected an apology, it looked like the nurse wasn’t skilled but no matter how much she cares or what ever the reason may be this should not happen to a child. She was told her gains are hard to find, made it look like it’s her mistake.

Was able to stay calm and patient and deal with improfessinal and rude staff just because this location is the close to where we live.

Had to convince my daughter to come again which took a week. This time it worked from 1st attempt.
