Worst experience ever two days in a row. Do not go here. The staff are horrible, untrained and abusive and then all of these poor patients with cancer are freaking out in the foyer. Total nightmare. Any doctor that is sending their cancer patients or any patients here should be fired.

You have to check-in on a screen which is cold, confusing and out of touch.
Most people need help to check in since the system is confusing and it does not work well. Furthermore, with only 3 people in the waiting room the wait time is an hour and a half. While you wait, you have an annoying screen with a message in loop about Quest.

The employees that used to be there were friendly. The ones there now are awful. It's like they hate their jobs.

Worst experience ever! My pediatrician sent me to get a blood allergy test for my 3 month old and as soon as I arrived to suite 175 and a tech told me they didn’t have the test there since it was a foot test…whatever that meant… so I was sent to suite 480. Once called in a rude girl who seemed she did not want to be there called us in. Then came in a gentleman who was very friendly and understanding since he could tell I was already nervous. He informed me the girl tech was the best for this test and that he would be assisting. No only was she rude but when she pricked my baby she could not find a vein and kept pulling the needle in and out from side to side. (She did not know what she was doing - you could tell) After my baby was screaming in pain she not only did not apologize or sympathize but walked off and left me sitting there not saying a damn word. The gentleman then tried and had no success but was more understanding of the whole situation. I would mot recommend this location AT ALL for babies. My baby has gotten a blood test before and it was no where near to this experience. A VERY experienced tech was able to draw blood with no issues. Will not come to this location ever again.

Avoid this place! Very unprofessional.
The phlebotomist doesn’t know what she’s doing, she poke my dads arm 3 times! That was super painful. And be ready to wait for a long time.

Very dirty building with rude staff no reception to greet you. Place looks abandoned and staff has terrible bedside manners. Worst off this place does not have water or snacks and is a LAB this is very negligent.

I checked in downstairs on the 1st floor then was told to go upstairs as the internet was down so I had to check in again after waiting downstairs for over 30 minutes. I had to get in line again and waited another hour upstairs at their Gessner location. Terrible customer service. None of the employees were of any help. Quest did not care one bit about wasting the time of so many patients. After 2 hours, I get in and am told they do not have my order. Called my doctor and was told on speaker they had pushed the order thru their portal and they should have it. I was here 2 months ago and got my blood drawn and got my results but was told by thr Quest staff today they did not see that record. This place is disorganized and should not be in business.

Be prepared to wait a long time even with an appointment. No one works at the front desk so you cannot speak with anyone. I believe it's by design.

They had to draw blood from my 10 month old, so professional she didn’t feel no pain. I set an appointment and we were in and out.

In and out quickly. The person who drew my blood was friendly and professional. Very convenient. In the same building as my primary care physician

Why do I have to make an appointment, when my doctor requests a blood test at my visit. It used to not be so complicated. I get here at 8am and could not get an appointment until 8: 30 am. How chaotic. Should have negative stars
