Quest Diagnostics reviews
15Ms Kiara was so accommodating and fast and very good in multitasking as she only works by herself. Very professional. Would likely come back.
I went to the location on Clay Road inside Randalls in Houston, Tx. I believe her name was Jen or Jennie? SHE IS AMAZING! Not only did she hit my vein the first time, she is very nice.
Having no insurance the self paid for tests is a great option. I get the same blood labs done every six months. I understand a small price increase in lab cost.
Went in today for some labs i was ordered.no sign outside but it’s inside of randall’s on the right side next to the pharmacy inside a wooden brown room/area.easy self check in, small office with two rooms.the staff was nice and friendly only two working.the phlebotomist who did my blood draw was friendly and nice and had good energy and easy instructions to follow.was in and out in less than 10 mins.thank you.
Sept 1

Thath I was late no I wasn’t my appointment was 145 I was there at 145
She made my blood pressure raise high this how you treat person with walking cane plain rude
Fast service from Quest inside of Kroger!
Thank you Keera for taking good care of my Mom!
Zero stars if possible. Rude, incompetent staff. They will make you wait more than any hour even though you have an appointment. And then be rude to you when you ask for an update. I will be calling corporate as well.
Great service, very professional. In & out quickly
Only complaint is I couldn't find this place, there's absolutely NO SIGN OUTSIDE that indicates that Quest IS INSIDE OF the Randall's.
THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
We had a very bad experience with one of the employees, she was very rude to people in the lobby and also to my 9 year old daughter and I. It seems that she really didn’t want to help or be there. I did not get her name but she basically told my 9 year old daughter “ are you gonna let me draw blood? Yes or no? Because I have more patients to take care of” WTH, of course she is gonna say no, she is a 9 year old kid. So, we had to leave.
I had appointments for my kids I was called in by the practitioner names Kierra, from the start she was rude and very disrespectful and because my son was already did blood test in another place and they said they’re send that here and the rest they do here. I tried to make sure if they have the specimens, she replied it’s too much I am asking her and she said she is not willing to do the test and left the room and then her coworker that apposite of her was really nice and helped with the taking the blood specimen.
I come here all the time. But yet today I got an aggressive worker. She didn’t want to help me to get my standing order processed. I am a cancer patient. I told her I can’t come back cause I was not feeling well but she said she could not pull up my standing order. She came towards me and o got scared, so I left and I called my oncologist so they could go and fax or do an electronic processing. She seemed like exhausted also because there was boxes of merchandise all in the waiting room that had to be put up and they were doing it so I waited and so did the other 4 ladies waiting also for service. I didn’t get her name but she is not friendly caring at all. I feel she is inadequate and her manners and aggressive attitude was uncalled for. I certainly will need to go somewhere else to do my weekly blood work done. How can we as patients trust someone with her mannerisms. Someone needs to address this.
I went here for routine bloodwork every 6 weeks that ordered by my doctor, however in Jan 2023, they did not collect/drew blood correctly. When I received the test result, it was missing one test that was included in the doctor’s order. When I was there, I already verified with them what blood tests were on the order just wanted to make sure they did it correctly. However, they did not do it properly and did not collect enough blood/tubes. So when I received the result, it said that particular test not performed due to could not locate the blood. It made me to do it again for that missing test, so I had to pay twice of copays. Please be more careful and pay attention next time with the blood orders and how many tubes you needed.
I got on the standby list (so yes, I realize I didn’t make an appointment and that’s on me) for my infant son to have some blood drawn. The location was quite busy, which I didn’t mind waiting for. However, one woman made an appointment for one of her five children, but the tech told her she needed appointments for each of them. The tech ended up doing the work for all the kids. Honestly, a super cool move if she weren’t already behind on the appointments, let alone the standby list. She probably made that woman’s day by doing all the work on one appointment, but the fact that the location was so busy really made the experience a bad one and I ended up leaving without having the work done (again, on me for not making an appointment).
The tester was rude and condescending for no reason. When asked to give a urine sample I could not because the restroom was locked and neither attendant had a key. I had to go to a public bathroom to get the sample and take it back in order to leave the facility. My arm is already bruising so it will get get worse in the next day or so. I will not use Quest in the future.
Tracy went above and beyond and should get a raise! Everyone who was working when I went in was so kind and helpful! No pain when my blood was drawn, and kept an amazing atmosphere!
