This place is terrible. The hours they have on their Quest website are completely different from their actual hours. Not to mention the lady who performs the drug test can just up and leave 45 minutes early without any warning and leave you sitting there without any of them saying a word.

They don’t try to take walk ins at all so don’t waste your time. Also staff was very rude.

I have been to this location about four times. Each time I have been extremely inconvenienced and treated with little to no respect as a patient / customer. I scheduled my test one time and the nurse/tech wasn’t available (during business hours) another came out and said “well she’s on lunch so you’re going to have to wait until she’s back. ”. Two pt’s were already there before me, I stated that I was taking this time out from my lunch to make this appt. She repeated the aforementioned, then closed the door. 20/25mins later I get called in for my test. It didn’t get completed, lol. The next time I came in, no one showed up to call my name within 45mins of checking in. The last time I came, I missed my appt, understood. So I checked in at 14: 26 as a walk-in. Drug tests don’t end until 15: 00. A nurse/tech pokes her head out about 3mins later to inform another pt someone is about to assists then, then proceeds to say “Umm to the person that just checked in as a walk-in, we’re not doing that today. We not doing anymore drug tests. Appts only. ”. She then closed the door and that was it. I already grotesquely dislike Quest Diagnostics in general; being in pharmacy for nine years, I learned a lot about their lack of pt care throughout the company. Furthermore, this type of inconvenience for tests that are important to a multitude of ppl be it Health, finances, job opportunities, or anything else personal is a sign of the absence of empathy and blatant disregard for other ppl’s time. I couldn’t imagine the HIPPA and PPI violations that may be mishandled given their attitudes when working overall. I WHOLE HEARTEDLY dislike this company, even more this location in Walmart and every employee so far that I’ve encountered there. Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, negative energy, inconvenient location. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESTS HERE. I don’t recommend Quest Diagnostics at all, but if the only choice research the locations and read the reviews beforehand. It’ll save you A LOT of time and stress.

They need to be shut down, and the lady with the long black hair needs an attitude adjustment. I made a appt and was there on time and checked in. There were people standing in a congested waiting room, so waiting on the bench only made sense for me during cold and flu season. When a chair opened up, I went inside only to find out I got removed from the list. Even in the waiting room, they call your name once and you have 1 millisecond to answer or they shut the door. I kindly mentioned to the technician, I had an appointment and was told (with an attitude) I was removed and should have been in the waiting room. Huh? Why do you have a bench out there if you don’t bother to check for patients? That’s fine. I’ll let just let your corporate office know.

I went there for a employer onboarding Drug exam arrive there and signed before 3: 00 and was totally disregarded and dismissed by the staff and management stating their cutoff time is at 3: 00pm they stated there are no guarantee's it didn’t matter to them that I was there before 3 nor were they sensitive to my mobility needs. I would never recommend this location to anyone as the staff was rude and uncaring even other people in the waiting area couldn’t believe how I was treated. Was there 10/19/23. I’m sad I had to give them a star when they deserved a ZERO!

I had a 9: 30 appointment. At 9: 40, they still had not seen the 9: 10 appointments. The waiting room was full, so I had to stand outside with multiple others. Last time, I missed my appointment because I was waiting outside, which I indicated on the tablet when I checked in. They never bothered to check right outside their door. When another patient was leaving he asked my name and said they had been calling me. Doesn't it seem logical that if someone isn't answering you would check outside when the waiting room is full or it is an option asked on the tablet? They were extremely rude and acted like it was my fault that I missed my appointment. Today, I left when I realized they were running more than 30 minutes late.

UPDATE I don't know why I scheduled at this place again other than they have Saturday appointments and it's close to home, but had a Saturday appointment scheduled for fasting blood work. Got two texts that morning regarding my appointment, yet when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said Closed today for an emergency. Normally, I would be sympathetic but this place has not proven themselves in the past to deserve the benefit of the doubt. Went to another location about a week later and told them what happened, and they said oh that must have been the day no one showed up.

Had to wait beyond my appointment time. What is the purpose of setting up an appointment well in advance weeks ahead? Also, experience with the lab technician was very poor. I can only blame the accuracy of the technician for getting my readings hiked. I would never go to Quest Diagnostics again for my future Biometrics Screening.

I wouldn't give them any ️ because they are terrible, arrogant, they treat patients badly, the reality is that I don't recommend the staff so they shouldn't work for health since it is a profession that is carried out with passion not for money

What a waste of time going here! Your only interaction is with a kiosk that may or may not complete your input and generate a number for you. I tried twice on both kiosks- got different responses from each one but never got a number. There’s no one to interact with and whenever the door opens and a technician comes out for the next person they blow off anyone trying to get an answer (“I can only deal with one patient at a time” was the dismissal I heard more than once). After an hour I left. I’ll go back to LabCorp in the future where I know you can speak to a real live person at the reception desk.

This location is conveniently located inside the Prosper Walmart. There are two check in kiosks and waiting time is less when have appointment. The waiting area is small and clean. Inside the technicians are polite and provide good services within stipulated time. The blood drawn was smooth and results are available online after some days. There is no need of print requisition copy. No bad experience happened at this quest diagnostic location.

Quest diagnostic didn't send me a txt or reminder on my upcoming appt. Didn't expect it from them. Worst customer service with rude staff when I asked for appt.reschedule.

I was soooo nervous because I just left my Drs and they couldn't find any veins. I get here and Stephanie mobley put my mind to ease and found not 1 but 2 veins! She really made me feel better! Such a sweet and personable lady!

I went in there and I didn’t have an appt but I signed in and it was pretty quick once in there I was helped by Stephanie Mobley and she was outstanding not only did she explain everything to me but when she drew my blood was very quick and did it on the first try… did not hurt at all unlike the last one I did at my dr office they poke me on both my arms, Stephanie Mobley is awesome!

Can I give this a negative star rating?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. I had to wait for over an hour and in that span they serviced 3 patients between 2 technicians.

This is not the first time I had to wait long at this location.
