Quest Diagnostics Bedford Hospital Parkway - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Do not use this location, they are horrible …. Delay after delay after excuse for not having my results to my doctor

Extremely rude staff.doesnt like to explain things.never on time with appts.go to a different quest if you have to go to quest.but i would suggest labcorp over quest if you have the choice! Worse customer service ever!

They are always friendly. It is usually difficult giving labs however they have never had a problem. Always one stick

It's not helpful when I can't walk in on a Monday, and they say there is nothing until 12: 30pm almost 3 hours aware. Be staffed with good people. I have seen a way busier room and outside area then this. Plus this facility is all ways short staffed

Thankful that I had a wonderful experience today at Quest in Bedford. Renee was the nicest and most professional phlebotomist I've ever had. No pain. No bruising. All smiles for me.

Check-in area has check-in kiosks, poor signage for 1st timers. Chairs are too close together.
The phlebotomist was awful. She bungled the draw twice. Was forgetful. She kept insisting she was determined to get blood that day as if it was a badge of honor or job requisite. Twisted the needle in the vein until I told her to stop. Tried another vein. Bandages applied sloppily. I had to tell her I was probably dehydrated. She was unprofessional and very inexperienced.
At the very least, she needs a supervisor to watch her.

I had labs done and the lab tech Rosie was wonderful and nice and respectful. She didn't try a draw labs from other places. Understood what I said as a people. Wonderful morning. God bless

Ms. Rosie was my tech and she is great at her job! Clear instructions and only a professional can do a ONE stick no miss. You have to go before 1 pm she is only there part time.

Schedule an appointment got there and they said they can't help me bc I have to order my own test. I look and they don't have HepA listed. Worthless waste of time

There are some serious procedural and personnel issues at this location that need to be fixed.

Went for testing appointment. Tech was great but it is now 2 months later and my results have been lost. Bedford Hospital location has no phone number to talk to a person. It is a worthless automated system that hangs up after a merry go round of options. Dr has called and no luck getting results. Avoid this location.awful.

Totally cool! Walked in was seen within five minutes.
Nice friendly phlebotomist, painless.
Much better experience than " the other well known lab "

I go here religiously and I've always had a good experience. But I went about 5 days ago and got a blood draw from a younger phlebotomist. She was nice but she hit a nerve in my arm, it hurt so bad. I've had my blood drawn 100 times but I've never felt pain like that. She was talking to the other phlebotomist instead of paying attention to my arm and moved with the needle inside.
I've reached out to Quest the same day and they have yet to get back with me, the roads are very icy right now and I can't get over there just yet.
I have spoken to 2 of my doctors. I refuse to be responsible for any bills this nerve damage has caused. I will look into the legalities if I must.
I will NOT be back here, I will choose where I go more wisely from now on.
Be aware, if you feel like you are not being attended to please speak up. My arm is in the worst, stiff pain and I'm sick of dealing with it. It's hurt worse the past 2 nights where I'm almost in tears.

Addon: About 2 weeks before this incident, I had an older woman draw my blood and she made me bruise horrible all down my arm, it took almost that whole 2 weeks to feel back to normal again. More reason to not come back.
