5Quick service with reservations. Very short wait time early in the morning.
Called and asked what the hours were for drug screen. Was told 3pm. Got there at 2 and was turned away because they stop at 1: 30. I asked if I could complete screen due to work obligations and was declined. Horrible communication and customer service.
Lady was extremely rude. I was having a great day until I came here and my smile was crushed. I needed a drug test to get into nursing school and was not told how it would work or what to expect. I’ve had a UTI so i thought i needed to pee more than I did, but it ended up not being enough. The lady treated me like I was a criminal who did something wrong, told me she would have to put down that I “refused” to drug test because I said I couldn’t stay in the building for 3 hours after without leaving. DO NOT GO HERE
Appointment at 0650, mobile check in out by 0705. Phlebotomist had a light hand slightly sting.
Everything is automated but it's garbage it doesn't resolve doubts it doesn't answer it doesn't understand if you don't want a date I don't care
