Quest Diagnostics Cypress NW Freeway MH

Went here for routine blood work. Ended up with a swollen arm, nerve pain, and an enormous bruise. Upon walking back after my name being called, I was confused because it’s not very clean. Not sure I want to be in a dirty environment when having needles poked in me. Do not recommend.

The lady that did my shot was super nice and stuck me once and was able to draw blood.but my problem is as she was pulling the needle out she pulled it out too close to my skin and cut me. It's been an hour and I'm still bleeding. Please be sure to be careful pulling out the needle.

I hate getting blood work done but Kiki was AMAZING. I have hard veins to find and always get poked mult times resulting in me passing out. She got a vein first try and was done before I even noticed.

Easily one of the BEST Quests you can possibly find in town. Every other Quest in the area will have you leaving feeling like the soul has been sucked out of your body and there is no joy left in the world - NOT HERE! The staff is friendly and kind, available and attentive if any issues with check in occur, service is prompt and facilities are clean. These people deserve a raise! Thank you for being a beacon of light Quest @ MH! Will come to this location always and forever.

Waited more than 40 minutes to be attended after my appointment time. Drive a little further to the next closest quest not attached to hospital and may help. I hate labs too, some techs are rough and others are more sensitive, it was a little rough for me.

Quest inside memorial Herman in cypress tx is wonderful, nice technician, fast service. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. So glad I left Quest on Barker Cypress, rude staff, no help, air conditioning was off, and when lady finally out she said it a 3 hour wait. I told I would go to Quest in Memorial Herman and she rudely said they wait will be longer. Not true but if it was it was a cleaner and comfortable waiting area.

This company has the worst customer service line ever! I’ve waited almost two weeks for labs results, and to get ahold of corporate is an absolute joke! It’ll hang up on you, If it hears any type of sound in the background! Where else are we supposed to go other than Labcorp.

I had some bloodwork done here, and I was lucky enough to be in the care of Maria! She is very skilled, I barely felt anything at all when she drew my blood, and I walked out less than 10 minutes after my appointment (7 minutes to be exact).

They have always been very friendly and are conscious of my time. There's a wait during busy times but with an appt it's never too bad.
I had a lovely experience today where they were very helpful and patient in finding an alternative way to get my lab req to them, without making me wait longer or reschedule my appt.

The staff at this facility are excellent. The problem is that the facility is understaffed and that creates the long wait times. I don’t blame the staff for that - it’s a management issue. 5 stars for the staff, and 0 stars for management.

I literally just had the perfect experience. I made an appointment for 10am, I walked in at 959am and I was called back three minutes later. The entire process took eight minutes. No need to show up early, and absolutely make an appointment.

Very nice facility and the staff was friendly, quick, and attentive. This location is close to home for me so I’ll be using them going forward.

Worst!

Gave lab work a week or more have not heard or got my labs and that delays my doctor appointment. Never in my life would attempt to come over to quest.

Save your self not to come over to this place.

Trying to reach these guys through phone to check the status of a fax before we show up for the appointment - Phone is not working from one week.

Literally the worst experience. The only shining light was a wonderful woman named Alisha! I had to take my child to have a number of labs done. We were taken to the back at our appointment time, but we sat in the chair for 45 minutes before we were done. The person that helped us, I believe her name was Ashley, decided that during my appointment time was a perfect time to call someone to talk about how she hated this job and didn't want to do it anymore and talk about what job she did want. For the 45 minutes I was there, she was on the phone for 30 of those minutes. Helping us off and on. She completely ignored us at the end and Alisha helped us and was so sweet to my daughter. I was very grateful for her. I almost walked out in the middle of our appointment. I've tried calling customer service and this location but have had no luck. I will never go to another Quest again.

As a black female I am embarrassed!
These African American woman in here are supposed to be medical professionals! Sitting in the waiting room hearing their full conversations while waiting 20-30 mins after my appointment to be called was so aggravating leave that loud ghetto talk on Friday nights not at your job. Absolutely disgusting

Horrible service, very rude and did not explain test instructions. Visit a different Quest.

Over 1 hr wait with an appointment. Annoying hearing staff laughing in the back while everyone is crowded and annoyed in the waiting room. This place needs serious management review.
