Contrary to so many others on here, I had a great experience here today. When I arrived there was no one at the receptionist desk but there was an electronic self-serve sign-in device. So I used it to sign in. In about 5 minutes a nice lady named Cynthia Holmes called my name. We went back to her blood drawing area, she asked me a few questions (name, date of birth, etc.), and then she took my blood. She was very pleasant and the needle didn't hurt a bit. Great attitude and solid at her job. The whole process start to finish was maybe 12 - 15 minutes. Great job. What more could you ask for?

This location do not follow proper protocol for elderly people. From 8 to 9 elderly are waiting while very young people are in and out.

This place is by far one of the worst places for help. I was sitting for 30 minutes because I wasn’t able to sign in on the “ electronic welcome”I waited for a front desk receptionist. There is none. I had to wait for a patient person to be called so I can catch somebody for help, the employee was still helpless. I finally asked some person in the lobby for assistance, luckily they were nice enough to help. Also no bathroom to get to, had to walk down 3 other businesses to use the restroom. I would NOT suggest anyone to come here for fast paced or hardworking service.

Do not take your child here under any circumstances. We had 5 blood tests ordered from our pediatrician. Our child has significant needle phobia and we warned the lab that he was terrified of the testing. We prepared our child and got him through the draw like a champ but it was really hard for him. I asked the tech during the test if they drew enough blood and they assured me they had. It is now ten days after the important testing and my pediatrician who has been waiting for results was just informed that they only ran two of the 5 tests ordered. We did everything we possibly could have done to make this testing less traumatic for our kid and this lab totally dropped the ball. The tests were VERY expensive as well. I do not recommend this lab at all.

I went to this location to deliver a specimen. Was advised by woman on site that she was unsure as to whether her location could perform requested test. I was told that if they could not it would need to be sent to another location and that it would need to be done within 72 hours to obtain accurate results. I was told that if they could not do this (deliver within 72 hours) test would not be performed. Fast forward. They were not able to perform test at location I dropped off and specimen was delivered to other location post 72 hours and test was still run. Results were failed but they still mailed me an invoice and after spending approximately 30 minutes on the phone with two individuals they are stating they need to speak with my physician to waive the charges. HORRIBLE customer service and extremely frustrating experience. I will never be visiting another Quest location again.

Excellent service. Came in today 5/23/2019 as a Walk-In. Waited all of 7 mins. The lady at the desk called me back to expedite the check-in by taking my requisition form and ID, so when the tech called me back, there would be minimal wait. The tech was great. Warm smile, positive attitude, and gave clear instructions for my pre-employment urine screen. Great staff. Keep up the good work.

What a horribly rude black lady.managment should replace her, i don't think she like people to come this branch, she is unprofessional, inhuman and absolutely Aragon.she should not do this type of job.
I am afraid did she do my job correctly?
I am not feeling good at all after visiting this forest lane location.

I went in about a week ago for a preemployment drug screen. The wait was not long, however rather than giving me a urine drug test, the phlebotomist drew blood, resulting in me having to go back for a second test. Waste of my time.

Staffs are rude. TRAIN them on how to be polite and professional please. Not going there anytime soon, even though this location is great for me.

The receptionist (black lady with short curly hair) was being rude and yelling at everyone. I noticed some people got confused and didn't know how to sign in to the kiosk, a simple explanation would have helped them but the lady was so condescending to everyone. She didn't even acknowledge you. Regardless, the older black lady who did my bloodwork was super sweet and had a great attitude! I waited for about 40 minutes.

Staff was very rude and unpleasant. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly because I had made an appointment beforehand.

Every thing about the laboratory is perfect EXCEPT the reception lady, she is very very rude and does not know any communication skills.

On 11/21/18 receptionist lady was very rude and unprofessional the way she treated me when I asked her how long more I would wait for and after she took me in to take my urine test she continued to be very rude to me. Looks like she just hates her job and takes it out on clients. Wait time was an hour and a half long. All the walk ins that came in after me she called them in while I had to hold my pee the whole time.

Please Don’t go there. The black lady with short hair was unnecessary rude; the front receptionist too (a Spanish old lady). Terrible place!

I had gone to this location AFTER having enough of going to the one on coit and 15th (they messed my test up 3 times!) and the ladies were very nice and professional.maybe had a 15 min wait if that and they were packed. The blonde light skinned lady who took my blood was GREAT and organized as well as the one who took my sample and paperqork at front desk THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH! Really made me feel as though they were more than competent enough to get my work done correctly! Thank you all so much

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the phlebotomist was polite and professional, and I got in and out in less than 15 minutes without an appointment.

Ignore the reviews! I have been here several times for bloodwork and work related tests. I have never had to wait long, and I always walk in. The receptionist is always smiling, happy to greet you. The nurses are always nice, quick and efficient. The place looks great, the staff is new and professional.

Do they have any goddamn HUMANS that know how to answer OR talk on the phone when someone calls? Geeezus h.krist how ANNOYING! I tell my Dr.how "F'd UP" this company is every time he schedules me to go to one of these "doc-n-the-box" joints!
