Quest Diagnostics Inside Buda WalMart Store

Had the worst experience was told they can not see my newborn because we were 10 min late to a 1140 am appointment and also because the lady i was speaking with said she had to leave home early basically trying to get rid of us. Even though the they are open til 4pm they said we would have to reschedule. Very rude and unprofessional but mainly lazyiness. Ask to speak to the person in charge and she refused to come to talk to me. Ashamed they have people like this working in health care. We called our newborns doctor immediately after and even she said wow they couldve accomadated you will not be coming back here ever again.

Don’t ever write reviews but I felt like I had to with all the low stars, I’m sure it’s based on which phlebotomist takes care of you. I went in today at this location in buda Walmart I didn’t wait long and check in was easy and hassle free. The Phlebotomist was very nice, greeted me and answered every question I had. I didn’t catch her name although I wish I did to give her recognition!

This attending nurse is rude. Telling straightforward Im late, and I wasn’t. She insisted i am. I was 20mins early for my appointment, she didn’t even ask for my name if i was the one late. Instead straight up told me “YOU ARE LATE”. She then realized it was not me, she didnt even say SORRY WRONG PERSON APOLOGIZE FOR COMING UP TO YOU LIKE THAT. Putting a note “be nice to your staff or you will be asked to leave? ” Are you kidding me? So your staff is allowed to be rude to your customers? Come on! That is rude, medicine should practice hospitality that includes personality.

I had an appointment in the morning and no one was there and the door was locked. Waited 30 minutes before giving up.

Do not go here period. Been here 3 times last was with an appointment. Still haven’t gotten my test. The lady there is rude rude rude

My gf was trying to do a drug test for a job, we are both from PA and she has a PA license. They denied her the test because they said her ID was a fake. Are you kidding me? The supervisor and this company are one giant joke.

One star just to leave a review. Otherwise it would be zero. The quest person at Dr. Office told me that I could drop off sample for 24 hr urine test early bc I filled container, brought it to the Buda center and the lady informed me (after an incident about if she would even let me back) that she could not use my sample and encouraged me to make an appt. I redid the "sample" made an appt for 3: 40. I was past the 5 min late window so I used the keios and put myself as a walkin. At this point I was sitting in the waiting room for about 2mins and it was 3: 52, a lady opens the door and tells me I can't be seen bc I was late. I explained that I reset up as a walkin and she turns to the other lady there who told me that she closes 10 mins early to get her paperwork done so I had to leave and make another appt for another day. I was the only one there and all I was doing was dropping off a sample. I tried to call the customer service and spoke to a lady named Sable, who hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to make a complaint. Come on Quest, do better.

Did a walk-in for a blood draw.checked in on the kiosk, and was seen in about 10 minutes. Was back in my car after about 20 min total. Great experience.

Should have read the reviews prior to picking thos location. No reason to be stuck in a waiting room with nobody occasionally checking in to see if you want to get seen early. I was 30 minutes early. According to the TV, nobody was being served and 4 future appintments showed while I was waiting. Can't call and speak to anyone as the local number will send you to a national customer service rep. Would not come here again.

First and last timing coming here. Was getting blood drawn and nurse was extremely impatient and short with me. She rushed the whole process, I wasn’t able to ask any questions.

Brought my 2.5yo daughter here for a blood draw for allergy testing. Both myself and my husband came along. The actual room for the blood draw was so small that I had to stand outside the door while my husband had our daughter on his lap for the draw.

He and the phlebotomist were unsuccessful in holding my daughter down and could not get blood despite trying both arms. The lady came out and said we’d have to go to another location where there were more staff so that another adult would be able to assist in holding Toddler down… as if I hadn’t been there the whole time! So not only was my daughter put through all that for no result, but we’ve had to delay her allergy testing and organise a trip to another location. If I could give zero stars I would do so.

DO NOT COME HERE. I got here at 8: 30, and no one was here. The door was locked, the phone immediately went to voice mail, and there was no sign saying what was going on. It was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient.

My appt was at 12 P today. I walked in 5 mins early, was seen at 12 sharp, and walked out at 1205. I’m writing this from my car in the parking lot. Quick, professional, clean, and very good phlebotomists! Highly recommend. Just make an appt beforehand like I did.

There is a kiosk where you enter your name and cell number to check in. Then you wait. I did not like that the wait tile was 15 minutes and there is only one chair in the small waiting room and it was taken. So I awkwardly stood in a corner waiting to be called in.

If waiting is what you like. The test itself or blood draw took the tech no more than 5 minutes, yet in order to get to that point with 3 people ahead of me took 50 minutes!

The lab is fine but dont let your doctor refer you here. The problem is customer service when it comes to communication about billing. Took me way longer than it should have and multiple phone calls. Nine months later my insurance paid. No help from quest! They reported me to a credit bureau and took 20 points off my very high credit rating. I will not use them again can alway rely on CPL.
