Quest Diagnostics Inside Richmond Walmart Store

The wrong test was performed. I needed my Cholesterol numbers and instead received a useless CMP, void of applicable data.
All other aspects of the visit were very nice but doesn't compensate for this fact. It makes me think of the phrase, “ You had ONE job…”

This is my 2nd time using this facility as my employer requires a yearly Biometric screening. I had the same young lady last year and she was super nice and polite. This time she was a little brash. My appointment was 7: 20a and I arrived around 7: 05a. One patient left shortly after my arrival. I had problems using the kiosk so she seemed perturbed about that but she checked me in anyway. I was then told I had to wait because there was someone who had an appointment ahead of me who was running late. Make it make sense when my test takes all of maybe 5-7 minutes if that. I was finally called back at 721a and when I left that late appointment was still not there.

This is a place I have ever been to where they take walk-in customers as their priority.

The system is an inadequate system.

If you have an appointment and you come in early, you should be taken before walk-in.

I believe review should be done on the system operations.

The process was super quick after I made an appointment.
The technicians from both days were friendly and nice and they work efficiently. Thank you!

Seems they make it impossible to reach anyone using this local phone number. Try some customer service Quest!

They were fair to me, but I saw an elderly woman and her son treated poorly.
I came in without an appointment and had to wait a long time (2 1/2 hr)
They had an appointment set up fore hand and printed on a paper the staff had reviewed and agreed there was an appointment at 7am.
The woman on staff was saying the system was down and appointments were not showing.
(How would she know the elderly woman was incorrect)
They were told to sign up under standby.
She said she was fasting and was hungry.
The early staff member just went back inside.
They did eventually get her in, but not until 8: 14 am.
I will no longer allow my insurance to further fund poor facilities such as this one.
We will all grow old.can we allow facilities like this one to treat the elderly- us eventually, like this.
I say no!
I will be going to sign up with Lab Corp.

Gladys is awesome. Never felt any pain or discomfort.i can't even see when she inserted the needle for.my blood draw. Incredible skill/talent!
