They were nice people I was just extremely nervous I have very bad shy bladder and I mistakenly did number 2 I wasn’t able to pee but it’s all good life goes on peace and love

If I could give 0 stars I would… I had an appointment at 12, checked in at 12 and was waiting for an hour so I knocked to get someone’s attention and I let her know that I had been waiting and she had an attitude saying they’ve seen all their patients for 12 o’clock and I kindly let her know that I had an appointment at 12 for lab work because I had just come from my first prenatal appointment and I did confirm it and she made it real obvious that she didn’t feel like helping me, but went on ahead anyways because I had my paperwork with me for what I needed done

HORRIBLE! Don't use this company! Made appointment on phone (never speaking to a person), online booking DIDN'T WORK.employee drove 40 miles to appointment, and they said he didn't have an appointment and couldn't see him (Even though he had the paper in his hand that was the Q Pass). There were 3 others there to be tested with the same scenario, and they turned all away. POOR POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is not a person to talk to on the phone if you call with an issue - it is all automated. RIDICULOUS! Also, when you call and press 6 to speak to someone, it hangs up! Absolutely unacceptable!

CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! Drove miles off from our main destination just to have my labs done on a Saturday, and according to the site they are open.but when we got there it was just MON-FRI! Sigh. Totally NOT right, you should update it in all of your platforms—because people will see it as a hassle going out of their way, just to see you guys.

In October 2022 I went to Quest in Killeen with a lab order from my doctor. He told me to have them enter all the codes to make sure it was covered by my insurance because the labs "are expensive". The tech sat down with me, entered all of the codes, and told me my insurance covers it all and there is zero cost to me. Weeks later, they sent me a bill for $1,053.09. The tech lied to me. When my insurance representative and I did a 3 way call with their billing department, they lied to us as well and said it was the wrong lab and gave her a 972 area code to call. That number was not a Quest Lab. When she called back, they hung up on her. We called a 3rd time and the billing rep said "I can't hear anything" and hung up again. I would never go here if I were you. If you do, make sure you audio/video record your experience like I did so you have evidence of their medical malfeasance.

I was literally in and out in 7 mins from check in. The lady who took my blood was faster/better than anyone I’ve ever had. Great experience and leaving here happy!

I drove from another city and took off work early to make my 4: 10pm appointment but the office is closed. I don’t recommend this

I went in for a urine sample as a walk in and I understand appointments have priority. I waited for bit and I was called back to do a urine sample, I told the lady I wasn't sure if I could go yet and she said ok ill check on you in 30 minutes to see if your ready. I said ok, but then I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours and never saw the lady again and saw a different staff member. I was at the point of where I was in extreme pain and could not sit and had to walk around a little. While I was waiting the staff seemed like they did not want to be there and have an attitude with everyone. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Go to Waco location if you can! Definitely do not do a walk-in appointment because more than likely you will not get seen that day.

I did not know I need appointment. I scanned to make appointments all computerized first available 3 hours later. Walk ins no system at all. Decided to come back next day. If you make appointment impossible to navigate changing appointment.

11/28/2022 was told over the phone that walk-ins accepted. On 11/29/2022 walked in and sat for 30 minutes with others and they came out and said sorry we are not taking walk-ins, make an appt. Did and then 11/30/2022 went to appt and no labels, so have to make another appointment. Horrible place and customer service. Garbage.

Trust the 1* star reviews especially, if you are coming from out of town unprofessional and very rude. No walk-ins are accepted period even though they advertise that they do. Calling will yield the same results automated bs. There is no receptionist here only the kiosk which only let's you check in and does not verify that they have received chain of custody. If you knock on the door to speak with someone about verifying information you are met with verbal hostility, attitude, and excuses.

I do not understand where all these bad reviews are coming from and if I were you I would not trust ANY of them. After reading reviews about this place I was super skeptical about going there, however once I arrived, it was the complete opposite. First of all the facility is extremely clean and neat, the waiting area was really nice, and for people saying that the “front desk lady” was rude…there is NO front desk. You use the kiosk or your phone to check in and your name will appear on the big screen and tell you your wait time. I was in and out in about 10 min. The lady that took my blood and urine was extremely nice and professional. I received my results the following morning and I could not happier with my experience at this location. If I could I would rate this place 10 stars.

I showed up on time, was refused my appointment because I was not early. Very hostile environment. I have never been treated with such disrespect, yelled at by the employee. Do not recommend at all. Anywhere labs in heights is who I went to instead and they were AMAZING.

I was hesitant with all of the negative reviews, but I had a great experience here! In and out in less than 15 minutes for bloodwork. The lady who helped me was very nice. I'd say listen to the good reviews about this place and ignore the bad ones.

Hispanic lady is rude for no reason. She speaks extremely loud to patrons and has a terrible attitude while speaking. I am not sure why she is still representing the company after reading so many bad reviews.

Horrible customer service and NOTHING but attitudes. If they hate their jobs so much they should go somewhere else to work. Makes no sense to be rude to people who are already dealing with enough and only want to get required tests done.

Was turned away for having my child with me today now I will loose my job! Terrible terrible service!

Why can’t we leave a 0/5 stars? Giving a one star is lying to others. These people refuse to work and take a walk in even when there is no one waiting. The Hispanic with a heavy accent kept turning people around. Again the waiting area was completely empty. Something needs to be done about this location. I’ve never had issues at other locations.
