Quest Diagnostics Pearland MH

I brought my 6-yo daughter here this morning and felt compelled to write a review. The women who work here are AMAZING with kids and tried their best to make my daughter feel comfortable and not rushed in a VERY uncomfortable situation. Plus it was quick and mostly pain free.:)

I come to this location all the time. I love that its pretty quick to see me plus the employees greet you nicely, explain everything, they are professional and it is very clean.

Excelent place. Sarah was super nice and very informative. Wait wasn’t that bad only 5-10 minutes after signing in. Sarah took me and explained everything to me, I felt with her because I fainted, I have a lil issue with blood leaving my body lol. But she was very helpful with everything.

Had a great experience. Set an appointment online 1 hr in advance. I was sent a link to check in when I arrived. The waiting room was small and crowded but had two checkin kiosks if I didn’t check in through mobile. I sat for maybe 2 minutes before I was called back for my appointment. Jenny was super professional, efficient, and it was really one of the quickest, best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had. She quickly found the vein and made one, very precise stick, collected what she needed and it was done. I 100% recommend setting appointment online in advance as it was was a really smooth and seamless experience.

Making a appointment was so easy. Waited no longer than 8 minutes after signing in on the mobile check in. Friendly staff and fast. Definitely recommend.

The phlebotomist was very good. I’d recommend it and it is best to schedule your appointment.

This place is horrible. Most of the time I’m scared to go because I kind of know what’s coming. Their check-in may be pretty digital but pen and paper could work better. You get a ridiculous wait time & all they can say is don’t leave. I can wait if I knew they wouldn’t miss the set time but when you are with children or an adult with disabilities, you can’t. And you always get to hear other people share their similar problem. They don’t acknowledge you or willingly suggest any help at all. Wish there was another lab close by but will need to find one regardless of distance.

I had some labs done and the lady that drew my blood inserted the needle into my forearm and once the needle was inserted she angled it about 35 degrees to my right and pushed the needle as far as it could go. Attached is the picture of the band aid that I took off to replace because I wouldn’t stop bleeding for about 30 minutes. I asked her for her years of experience and she said 11 years. You would think she would know the basics of her craft with these many years or maybe it was done intentionally.

Unitra and Netta were wonderful to my daughter. I appreciate their care, time and patience with my anxious daughter. I would highly recommend this quest diagnostics center to others as their staffs are efficient and caring. Thankyou so much!

I didn't have an appointment and didn't know what to expect as a walk-in. The wait wasn't bad, and they had a screen showing where you are on the wait-list, which helped me decide if I should stay or not. The lady that assisted me was kind and welcoming, putting me at ease.

I had an amazing tech draw my blood today her name began with an S and she was the best. I didn't feel a thing! She was personable, sweet, kind and chatted with me as if we had known each other for years!

This Quest location is by far the best in Pearland. All of the staff especially Unitra, were all very knowledgeable and informative when it came to my labs. I would highly recommend this location.

Great location. Everyone was professional and friendly. I make a appointment and they called me right away!

It's in medical plaza 2 if you're unsure of where to go like I was. When I got in they got me right at my appointment time. Tamica did my blood work and it was the easiest, most painless time I've had getting blood work! You're in great hands if you get her!

Unprofessional. For one.shaking your head as you calculate my BMI and giving me the side-eye. Yes there's a reason why I'm there is to get help not to get judgment. And two. Why would you have the chair where you take someone's blood pressure and pulse be sitting literally right in front of The lobby door so when people are walking in and out you were in full view of the waiting room and you have to keep adjusting yourself to continue with the readings.

Cannot schedule blood work appointment ordered by my doctor. Tried using phone and the website, both failed

Came at 8 and checked in. Got a text about 20min later. Came right in from the parking lot. The time between text and call was too short and they just zoomed on watching us all pile up in the waiting room. The TV was off so you couldn't see the queue. They then had everyone re-check in. At an hour and a half in I left. My blood sugar was so low I couldn't wait any longer. I'll never use this location again. Had a poor tech standing in the waiting room holding other people's pee for a while too. Just an unorganized disaster.
