I am really upset. I had an appointment at 10: 30 this morning-confirmed.when i arrived the waiting room was packed with standing room only and some people were standing outside it was so crowded. This is putting people in danger-should be by appointment only. Will never use this service again-exposed by your way of doing business.

Making an appointment does not help at all. Their online system and lobby sign in system contradict each other. There ara people here with appointments waiting 1 hour to get seen.

Where do I start? I checked in at the kiosk, and was told it would be about 7 minutes and was given the option to wait inside or wait outside and get a text when it was time to come in. Since the chairs were all full, I opted for outside. About 25 minute later, I got a text saying I should come in, and I immediately went in. Another 25 minutes or so passes without my name being called. I finally ask someone when it's my turn, and am told that they called me a while ago (when I was outside waiting for my text telling me to return). I finally get called back, and they then say they don't have orders from my doctor (which were sent on 6/1). I left the lab, called my doctor and he sent new orders over. I did not return to the lab that day (planned to return today after the holiday weekend), but was called by my doctor's office letting me know they had my lab results. Apparently Quest Labs tested A DIFFERENT PERSON'S BLOOD, and put it under my name. There should be ZERO tolerance for failures like that, and the lab should face heavy consequences.

Didn't want to come back but this is the only location with available appointments. Huge red flag. My bad for waiting til the last minute to get my labs done. Scheduled an appointment for 2: 30pm but changed it to 12: 45pm. Arrived at 12: 44, waited for 30 mins, asked the tech why hasn't I been called. Tech said My appointment was for 2: 30pm. Seriously. What's the point of letting you change the appointment if you don't actually changed it in your system. Avoid this location if you can. Female techs are very rude and clueless.

Don't go to this place.my waiting time was 7 mint but they made it 10 minutes.and does not have more sitting chairs.snd they expect us to stay outside in hot weather. WOW! Plus they are so rude to customers.what if u dont have car came by bus or train?

Update: if you are to send to cable 3 let Holaw or hawlo (the lady in maroon uniform) take your blood not the assistant in blue. Thank me later.or regret it for not listening to me.

They advertise as paperless but when I go there for my 8 year old son. Showed them the request form I have in my phone. They said they need the printed paper. I asked that I can email them the request form and they said they can't print it out. It is 2019 and a diagnostics lab can't even print out the email you sent them. I left there with my 8 year old son. Unbeliavable!

I scheduled an appointment but no one at door. Office hours say open but no one answers the door. No one answers the phone
.
Turns out they have a secondary door that is locked and not monitored. No sign on door I had to ask another doctors office next door that mentioned that they didn't use the secondary door and that i would have to leave building and walk around to enter office. Would be nice if they put up a sign. I put bnb one for them

Quick and easy process. I saw that they got quite a few bad reviews, which was a bit concerning, but that’s likely because most happy clients don’t go out of their way to leave good reviews. I went in for blood work and TJ helped me—he was super nice and very good/efficient at what he does. I was happy with my experience.

Very good experience and excellent staff. Especially the lady at front desk. She was very caring, responsive and understanding the needs of the patients. I walked in with my family and within 45 mins all of our lab work completed. They were also facilitating patients who speak different language other then English.

Very rude office staff, especially front desk lady. Your time will be completely wasted, save it and go to a different location.

I have gone to this location 3 times to do the SAME (24 hour urine analysis) test because they kept giving wrong results even though the blood work came back as it should. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO to the one on forest lane and 75 and they got me in and out with no issues test came back JUST AS IT SHOULD. STAY AS FAR away from this location someone DEFINITELY needs to look into this location and some additional training!

Horrible customer service. The staff are very rude and they will turn you around even if you have appointment. Honestly, if I had a choice to give zero stars I would. Take my advice and choose another location. Don’t waste your time!

Very rude African American lady, we are doing a DOT drug test and there is company and doctor phone number but can't clarify with them. And you have the energy to tell us we dont know what we are doing. You don't have to be abusive. She doesn't wear name badge against medical & company policy We are trying to get a job just like you, don't be jelous. Even criminals are not treated like that.

Left Tom thumb on alma with my husband and the young Asian girl was so sweet, she made my husband feel comfortable and made sure to rap him up well due to his blood thinners. My husband was brusied to all the blood work he has done before and they always have trouble getting him but she got it and held pressure for a long time before putting the wrap on his hand.she is always a kind young lady, she has to be 15 or so.very respectful. AND YES TOM THUMB HAS A QUEST! She said some walmart are getting one as well

Do not go to this location, very rude office staff. Especially a lady named dimitri who works there. They refused to do my drug test for my job saying I owe $100 something on the account which I told them will be paid by my insurance. But the lady refused to do it even though it was supposed to be paid by the employer.

Unbelievably rude staff. I arrived close to quitting time and the young woman who helped me was completely put out and angry that she had to draw my blood. Probably won't go back there again.

I have alway had great blood work done here. I make an appt.and get in right away. I prefer this location over the one on Communication Pkwy. By Presbyterian Hospital. That location is a mess.

This diagnostic imaging center was very patient with me when I had to get my blood drawn.the wait didn't take too long, and they handled me well. I am absolutely afraid of needles, and they reassured me that it would only be a little pinch.it did hurt more than a pinch, but it was worth it for my health, they even gave me a cup of water because I was dehydrated.very nice.and for an added plus, they were showing the movie stuart little for entertainment.

Well I went into this office 10 minutes after visiting the legacy office. I had a mask on my face why I have Lupus and SIckle Cell and my immune system can’t take this FLU virus this year. So the collector DeAngelo Woodberry asked me to remove my mask which is fine. I asked why he said ask the government it’s their rules and regulations never once asked why I wanted to keep it on. He could have looked in my mouth or the mask or whatever. So we went on with the process first he told me to wash my hands with just water no sweat soap he handed me a cup told me how much urine he needed and don’t flush. After I finished he looked in the toilet made me wait while he sealed the bag and thing and I’m standing here with URINE on my hands. Women we squat to urinate in public places. He took his slow time humming a tune sealing the bag. Yes I told him his collection process was nasty and unsanitary out of 20 years taking drug test and coming to quest several times NEVER have my process been like this. He didn’t know I just took a urine test at the Legacy office before coming there and she didn’t treat me this way
