8Do not waste your time! The Tv screen has been saying 25 minutes left for an hour now! I know for a fact it’s not that hard to draw blood because I did it for 2 years. Also online doesn’t say that they take an whole hour lunch for 11-12 and can’t sign in or anything. If you do come here, don’t have any plans for the rest of the day. THEY ARE SLOW
Terrible, told to come back after lunch. After waiting an hour and still not seen. I walked. Just rediculous
Made an appointment, told the woman exactly what for and that I would be on my lunch so I was trying to do it when it wouldn't be busy. I get there and my appointment is at 10: 30 she says oh sorry we quit doing urine tests at 10: 30? Really? Why is this not something that the person making the appointment would know? So unprofessional. And now I am made to look unprofessional by doing my drug screen for my job at the very last moment. I am so very upset

Looked like a junkie when they were done with me, not only that but an emt was with me and saw she didn't remove tourniquet, maybe if she had it wouldn't have been so bad
Deb is an outstanding technician. As a diabetic, my husband is an extremely difficult stick! Over the various appointments, she has been able to get the required blood samples with only one puncture. She is amazing! Thanks for hiring such a skilled person!
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Getting results seems a bit more complicated on their portal but still good.
I have to get blood drawn about every month and I have never had a bad experience, the staff has always acted as if we were all friends.most of the time I am in and out within minutes. Thanks Quest for making things as quick and simple as possible for me
TERRIBLE SERVICE - SHERMAN, TEXAS OFFICE WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY - SLOW SERVICE TIME, EVEN WITH AN ON-LINE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT - STAFF IS RUDE AT BEST - NO HELP CALLING QUEST'S 1-800-1-866 OR SENDING AN EMAIL! WHAT A REAL JOKE OF A COMPANY! GUESS, THEIR POCKETS ARE LINED WITH CASH $$$$
