Quest Diagnostics South Arlington

I went to Quest Diagnostics today to have my blood drawn — Deasha did my draw and this was the WORST AND MOST PAINFUL blood drawn I’ve ever had! I have to do frequent lab work and also do IV vitamin bags - this by far was the most absolute painful withdraw I’ve ever had! And the sad thing about this is that there were a lot of elderly ppl in the lobby. I really hope Deasha is gentler with them! Will never do my blood work with her AGAIN!

Shauna is the best phelebotomist ever! If I ever need my blood drawn again I'm specifically asking for her! It only took her 1 stick to draw my blood and she's the sweetest person! I was feeling dizzy after, as I usually do but she gave me water and 2 ice packs and checked up on me to be sure I'm okay. She needs a raise!

Very rude staff, my mother has trouble getting out of the house and has an online doctor but needed blood work done. So we go for a walk in appointment and register on the kiosk which tells us we have to wait an hour and a half. Fine. We go in the back an hour and a half later and the woman very rudely tells us her doctor never sent an order for blood work and they can't do it without one. Would've been nice to know that before wasting 2 hours. Before my mom can even catch her breath because she had literally just sat down and isn't good at walking long distances, the woman goes "you need to get out of here, I have to get another person back here. " Again very rude. As we're walking out she's walking behind me and she starts to walk faster than me until she bumps into me and walks me into the wall and just pushes past me. You need to have a serious review of your staff. You also need a HUMAN BEING checking people in who can tell people things like "we can't do blood work without an order from your doctor. "

Reagan was amazing, if you have small veins and need a laugh while someone doesn't dig in your veins, request her. Never been so relaxed having someone poke me.and did I mention she got my vein on the first time.

Very rude staff. They sent me back in-spite my appointment stating the service order is incomplete which was done in 2 minutes. I was again put on a waitlist and had to wait for an extra hour.

If you have appointments you are in and out but if you have no appointments it may take you longer or may not find you spot and is easy to make appointments there website just plan ahead couple days early and April she make fast for lab and everything done thanks April

Absolutely terrible service. My doctor sent them my info to get blood work done today. I got there and the automated kiosk glitched & showed a 4pm available. Meaning I'd have to fast another 3 hours. I selected it and 3 hours later came back and waited another hour. I've now been fasting for 15 hours and have hypoglycemia which requires me medically to eat every 3 hours. I suffered all day and got no rest before work. I was one of the last people to be seen. Still waiting by the way. She came out to tell us where to exit as she was while locking one of the doors. Definitely never coming here again.

Very very rude staff I had my appointment at 4: 40 they didn’t put me in until 4: 50 she was in such a rush. She was about to prep my arm and I told her if she could wait please because I was feeling dizzy (I’m scared of needles) she said no I don’t have time for this pick up is waiting for me outside i’m on a time crunch in the rudest tone continued to grab my arm and put the needle in even though I told her no. No way to treat anybody I wish I would have got her name horrible location and service.

Staff professionalism is awesome, they're patient, communication is awesome. Office is clean.

I went for a drug screen and the lady flipped out. I had not recieved my new license but had the online paper and my ID that had just expired since my bday is in June. She started yelling at me that I could have just printed it online and I was trying to get her fired. Been in the medical field for 23 years and this was the worst experience ever. She acted a fool and I had to leave before I acted up. Went to another location and had no problems because my paperwork was legal.

I had to get a blood test done and i am now spiritually bonded with 3 techs.i will see grace in valhalla

Thank You to Jordan! I just had my appointment and usually getting bloodwork done is terrifying to me but Jordan made this experience the best I have ever had! She offered a smaller needle when I expressed some fear with needles/shots and made this so comfortable and nice! Thank you to the amazing staff and the absolutely amazing Jordan!

I usually get the name of the people that assist me but unfortunately I was not able to get the name of the Angel that assisted me. I kid you not she performed so professionally and quickly it almost seemed like I didn’t even go in there. Honestly, I was dreading getting my blood drawn after an experience earlier today at my providers office, this phlebotomist walked me through the process and was able to get my blood on the first stick. I am anemic and it is very hard to draw from my veins. She did a fantastic job and it was pain-free. She did not poke or prod. With one swift motion it was complete. Thank you quest for turning a bad day into a good one. I’m coming here from now on. It’s worth the extra trip I’m telling you.

Fast. Saw me just a few minutes after my appointment time. The lady who drew my blood was very friendly and quick!

I'm a sick girl (lol) and this is my favorite location for labs! Always quick, but make an appointment to ensure your visit is the quickest. Reagan is the most friendly and knowledgeable phlebotomist in the world, and I've had a LOT of them so I would know!

The staff at this Quest office are very professional and efficient. The check-in and waiting time was very easy. Very pleasant experience.
