Questcare Medical Clinic at Fort Worth

In two visits I've yet to recieve any medical help and have been met with rude and indifferent professionals.

The staff is unhelpful and condescending. Honestly, I don't know if Dr.roach is a good doctor or not. I went to the clinic several times and never got to actually meet Dr.roach.

Allison is a great nurse practitioner and all the rest of the front desk people are very very friendly and helpful. And I love that they know my name when I walk in the front door.

I love Allison she is awsome and Dr Roach is great but if you leave any kind of message. GOOD LUCK! The recorded message says you will get a call back within 24hrs which has happened only twice.

I love my Dr. He is Dr. Terry Roach.
When I went to leave a urine sample all went well and no problem.
Then after the sample came back is when things got a little hairy.
I was prescribed a medication to get and begin before all of the test results came back. I began this medication immediately as instructed. After two day, the office called me to tell me to discontinue that medicine as the remaining culture and back showing an infection that would not be affected by the medication I was taking snd to get a new prescription. The pharmacy of course did not want to take back the medication but it was $23.00! The new medication was only 9.00.
I feel like this confusion could’ve been avoided had they waited for all of the results to come back first. The problem was resolved with the new medication.

The care was decent. The part that drives me nuts about this place is that they overcharged me (the receptionist messed up the math), I paid in person at the office, called later that day and told them they overcharged after I did the math (I was very polite and friendly because I understand mistakes can be made) and they said it had already been submitted for a refund. 6 weeks later, nothing, so I called and they had me call the external billing service they use, who said they would get it sent. It has been over two months since then and nothing. I called Questcare again today and they said they can't do it or even call the billing on my behalf since they have nothing to do with billing. If I pay in your office, I should be able to get a refund in your office. It's so stupid that it's been almost 4 months and I'm still waiting on my refund and they won't even advocate for their patients. If 'privacy' is the issue, they shouldn't be allowed to take the payments either. When I called, she was snappy for me not understanding their process and why they couldn't handle it for me, gave me the number and then hung up on me while I was asking a question. I wasn't overly friendly, but I wasn't rude, just asked why they couldn't call on my behalf. If she thought I was overly rude, she's either insanely sensitive or hasn't been working customer service very long. Being hung up on demonstrates their awful service. Best part? The number she gave me doesn't work.

This doctor office would not let me come in when I was sick because I had a cough that is sad when you are sick should be able to go to the doctor. If you are going to be scared to see your patients you should not be a doctor as patients and insurance companies continue pay same amount to the doctor we should able to come in to be seen and diagnosed properly due only online visits was inproperly diagnosed so
had to some were esle this so sad.

Love this place great service everyone so nice and helpful. Especially when it's about yout health.

Allison Andrews was great very attentive and willing to listen and answer all my questions. The rest of the staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. This will be my primary care facility from here on

I love the staff here, everyone is friendly, understanding, and welcoming. Dr. Andrews is absolutely the most perfect DR anyone could pray for. I love her so much! She is one of those Dr's that are one of a kind. She cares about your health and wellbeing before anything else. Thank you Mrs Andrews.

This is the first MD I have had in awhile, because for a long time I was nervous to go to the doctor. Dr. Andrew's and Dr. Roach are both phenomenal and take the time during each visit to go over any worries I have. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Roach has been my physician for years and has given me top notch care whenever I’ve needed it.

Questcare in White Settlement has been my primary care since I moved to Fort Worth in 2017. I like that they have always been local to where I have lived since then. Accessible when I need them, very friendly and helpful, quick to offer suggestions about care options, and easy to get in for an appointment always makes them important to my well-being. I'm very happy with both Dr Roach, his NP Allison, and all the nurses and staff.
