Quick Align / Big E's Accessories & Off Road, San Marcos TX

I needed a very difficult part to find and Bill researched and found it! He kept in touch during the process, which impressed me. The part was installed for a lot less than the dealership would’ve charged. I highly recommend this place for your auto work!

These guys are prompt, honest, kind, and they don’t hurt the purse too bad! I’ve always had outstanding experiences with Big E’s/Quick align! They really do care! TEN OUT OF TEN! I won’t go to anyone else!

I’d come in asking to level on my brand new truck. I knew I wanted the front level with the back and that’s it. Eric sold me on a 2” level saying that it brings it up 2” to level. I agreed. When I got back I’d measured from the tire to the truck and saw I was 1/2” short when I asked them about it he smugly replied “did you measure it from the ground up? He measured from the ground 39 1/2 back 39 3/4 front. Not addressing that the parking lot is not level ground. Got home measured from the ground. 40” back 39 1/2” front again I was right a 1/2” short in the front. I paid for 2” and I got 1.5”. I wanted this done right for good money and they treat me like I paid for stolen stuff. If we were talking about 1/16th of an inch, no big deal, but I only got 75% of the job I paid for done. That’s not good business. I wish they would have told me that it was only going to lift the truck 1.5” I would have asked and paid for the right one that was going to get the job done. Don’t seem to care about satisfying the customer. Pay money and get out.

These guys were awesome! Went in for an alignment, it was done so quickly and they did a great job. They also figured out the other issues my Jeep Wrangler was having with the brakes and had it fixed faster than I had expected. My jeep has never driven better than it has since leaving there. Great communication keeping me updated at all times and very honest. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

These guys are great! Don’t waste your time and money on those chain shops that claim to do a free multipoint inspection of your vehicle when you bring it in. I went to Firestone three times before taking it to quick align, and man am I kicking myself for having taken it to anyone other than this shop! Extremely knowledgeable and fast! I bring all my vehicles to quick align now.

Came here a few months back and the service was great. I was in much need of an alignment because of shine bad work from brake check. I dropped my car off on the morning and they were done by noon and the alignment and service was good.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Quick Align since I moved to San Marcos in 2001! They have helped me with 6 inch lifts on my trucks, installed all the accessories, and provided more repairs than I can count! Oil changes, alignment issues, brake jobs, air conditioning, you name it and they have done it. Their repairs are always quick, priced fairly, and done right. Their honesty in whether a part can be repaired or replaced to help save money is also very much appreciated. These guys are the only mechanic shop in town I trust to work on our family's vehicles.

Bill and his crew are the best and most caring, most honest mechanics in San Marcos. They have done the breaks for my car, and I have also recommended one of my employee to have his car worked on, from oil change to several maintenance issues. I also referred a customer of mine who needed her car checked before heading out on a road trip. All very satisfied with the level of service AND they give you a ride within San Marcos while they work on your vehicle!

Not a good shop to take for an alignment on your vehicle.quality control is terrible.dropped it off a day earlier so they would not feel rushed and do a good job on performing an alignment on my 1999 Suburban 2WD.i get it back and, what do i find? My inner fender wells are bent towards the tire on both sides.one tight turn and there goes my tires. On top of all that.my steering wheel is still not straight.what annoys me the most, is the fact that i paid for this service.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff, fair prices and quick repairs. Brought my Ford Explorer here with both rear wheel bearings shot to hell, a big problem on this generation of Explorer. They had it knocked out in less than a day and also discovered the last time I had it done, the other shop installed the wrong bearings.no wonder they lasted less than a year. These guys are good, they know what they are doing. Highly recommend.
