QUICK FIX PLUS, Stafford TX

I was here to get my laptop repaired. They answered all my questions and fixed my laptop. I highly recommend coming here for your next cell phone or computer repair.

Old phone from 5 years ago wasn't going past the cell providers logo/brand name when I started it. I really needed those really old text messages and pictures or an upcoming case as everything depended on that evidence. I went to multiple stores and they all said I would need to factory reset the phone which would delete all data and they said that was the only option. Read the reviews here and decided to give it a try. The employee was very helpful and immediately gave me many options. It worked! All other stores went for the usual quick fix but this store was very knowledgeable and worked with me- they really know what they're doing. Glad they didn't brush me off and now I've got the evidence I needed back:) Will absolutely be coming here again

They saved my life and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed in their store. I knew they were going to be honest and fix my devise the most affordable fastest way possible. I recommend this store 100% to everyone. Please go here first before you spend extra money with someone else, like I did, and still not get the quality work and excellent customer service that Quick Fix provides.

2019 Update - Even though I live in Northwest Houston, I still drive to Stafford to get my cell phones and computers repaired. Outstanding service, reliable, and great prices!

This guy was very fast with excellent service even had a problem use Touch ID after screen replacement and he had it fixed in a matter of seconds this guy provides both quick and quality service at an competive price I will always continue to do business here for all my computer and cell phone needs

Nice people but simply not professional when it comes to time, communication, and follow up.each time I've brought a computer in I've had to make multiple trips back. I'm told it'll be ready one day but it's not ready until days later

THEY USED SUPER GLUE ON THE LCD TO ATTACH IT TO MY PHONE AND DAMAGED MY MOTHERBOARD ON THE PHONE I GAVE THEM $100 IN CASH. ONLY OFFERED ME $25 IF APPROVED BY THEIR MANAGER. WENT TO THEM ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS BECAUSE THE LCD HAD LINES GOING THRU IT SCREEN WAS LOSING COLOR BUT THEY JUST SAID LG DO THAT WHICH WAS A LIE! I WENT TOO CELLPHONE911 ON S. GESSNER WHERE MY PHONE WAS FIXED CORRECTLY FOR $80 PLUS THE $25 TO REPAIR THE PROBLEMS FROM THEM USING SUPER GLUE

I took my iPhone 6 and it took like 20 minutes to look like new for a really good price! I really recommend this place.

After a couple of repair stores giving up on my one plus one that fell in water, these guys checked it with a spare battery, bought a replacement battery, and gave it back repaired as good as new.

Excelent service; timely, accurate, professional and ethical. Well arranged my computer and my cell phone excellent good job and fast.

I only go there for business and they do great with clean heart. If u have a problem with his guys, u must be having a problem with the entire world. They're just simple guys with only business minded unless u go there for other issues.
