Quick Quack Car Wash, Katy TX

I love the vacuum stations. The vacuums are very powerful and get the job done. I also like the hand held air blowers. I use it to blow the debris stuck in the narrow crevices of the car. I told my husband about Quick Quack. He finally went. He likes it also.

Excellent customer care! The staff is amazing, So kind and considerate! They really do there best to make the experience the best! Clean place. Good wash. And good vacuums. My car is clean as can be!

If anyone sees this. DONT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! My front license plate is now bent instead of being straight. And my driving side mirror panel just popped off because of those spinning brushes. Never coming back here again.

I always have a great time when I get a car wash at quick Quak. It always leaves my car super clean and I leave very satisfied. Also the worker named faizan is one of the best employees there. He is super nice and just a friendly person overall. He has great customer service and definitely should be raised up in the company.

Had the best car wash today! Lucy duck was good made my car shiny! Worth the money spent! The lady who I didn’t get her name was very nice n good sales person! Can’t wait to get it wash again! ️️

Love the idea of washing my car as many times as I would like in a month for a flat rate. Membership is definitely the way to go.

I had to enter the car wash twice due to dirty tires/rims and no tire shine being applied. Eventually left the car wash to vacuum and found water spots everywhere!

Watch your credit cards statement people. They have been charging me $30 every month and I’ve only been there one and I never signed up for anything.now I have dispute everything with my bank. So unprofessional to charge without permission.

Went to get my car washed and the guy said they had a special so I took it. He failed to tell me that it was ongoing and that they would withdraw every month from my checking account. A friend told me she had the same thing happen to her and that I better check into it. I went back the following week and spoke to the manager who was supposed to cancel it but I still am getting changes. Went back to the car wash today and now I am told I have to call a number to have it done. Would have been nice if they had told me upfront what I was getting into. Looking online apparently this happens a lot.

My son loves it when we go through the car wash. He truly enjoys it and it does a great job as well.

Nice car wash, feels very premium. Nice employees. One of them named faizan was very welcoming and was helpful on how the wash goes. Gonna come back soon!

Siento mucho decir lo poco profecional de esta compañía. Me cobraron por 3 meses una membrecia que nunca pedí, y cuando reclame no me quisieron reconocer nada.ni siquiera un reconocimiento por quedar atrapado mi carro por 30 minuto dentro de la maquina porque dejo de funcionar.no quisiera que pasen por la misma mala experiencia por eso NOLO RECOMIENDO

I'm sorry to say the unprofessional about this company. They charged me for 3 months a membership that I never asked for, and when I complained they didn't want to recognize me, not even an acknowledgment for getting my car stuck for 30 minutes inside the machine because it stopped working, I didn't want them to go through the same bad experience That's why NOLO RECOMMENDING

Car wash experience was good but WHERE ON EARTH DO YOU PAY FOR A SINGLE CAR WASH AND THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR UNLIMITED CAR WASH AND START CHARGING YOU WITHOUT CONSENT LOL. I had no clue this was going to happen.

Always had great service here. Prices are great. Julio got me set on the Matamata thing and I’ve used it more than five or six times a month to make sure my truck is always clean

We love this car wash. Every staff member has been professional and courteous. Julio helped me today and even spoke to my children who were trying to get his attention.

I love quick quack! Reasonable prices, Friendly staff, and just an overall great experience every single visit. My little nephews ask to go to “the duck place” almost every day. I especially enjoy the free vacuums!
