Quick Quack Car Wash, Magnolia TX

The company is solid. I've been member for few years. THIS LOCATION IS NOT GOOD. Avoid this location if possible. Not enough staff, never clean towels, NO BUG BLASTER, slow service, some of vacuums are broken all the time. I don't know if this company franchises, but this location does not have a good management.

After my former review, the manager of the store gave me a call. He said he just took over the store and he was working on major improvements. I want to communicate that this was true, I can see him every single day, working hard and organizing staff, even doing the bug blaster himself just like today. This store gave 180° change. AMAZING SERVICE, EVERYTHING WORKING JUST FINE, I AM RECOMMENDING THIS STORE.

I have a monthly membership on one of my 3 cars. As I don’t drive the other 2 often I don’t need a monthly membership on them. EVERY time I go to have my car washed they try to high pressure sell me on a membership and won’t take no for an answer. I don’t appreciate being pressured every time I go for a wash. In addition half the time that I go there for a wash something on their washing system doesn’t work properly. One time there was no soap, most the time one of the brushes isn’t operating.

Due to the high pressure sales technique I will be canceling my one membership and taking my business elsewhere.

Anthony at the Magnolia Tx location goes above and beyond with friendly and professional attitude. Great salesman!

As far as the quality of the car wash it's one of the better quick quacks in the area when the brush is being newer and everything that they have being more effective at cleaning the car. The issue is the staff don't care what package you purchase and they just run every car through at good so you don't get tireshound or anything you pay for unless you catch them and tell them they didn't program it for the right wash. I come here frequently and I've noticed for the last 2 to 3 weeks I haven't been getting my tire wet and come to find out whenever I watch they're just running everyone through at the same lowest caused wash without ever setting the actual wash the customer paid for

Decent car wash at a good price if you have their monthly subscription. Just expect it to be down for maintenance regularly

I have been a long standing customer for over a year now. When I went for a car wash on valentines day there was only 1 young girl working who was physically running back and forth from checking people in, back to run customers through the wash. Talked to her and other employees at the car wash, and apparently this is a common thing that happens. I've now asked 5
times since then to speak to the manager and he is either not there or I just missed him. These are young girls working there! What if God forbid some crazy person comes there or just from the car wash they get hurt! This is not acceptable at all from a business stand point nor a safety one. There needs to be better management in place because this is unethical and not a fair employment for anyone

Went in and asked for the top wash. Lady says oh we have a special on that for 15 dollars. Cool its going to be a good day. Go through and proceed to my house. Check the car and I have no tire shine, the car is still covered in pollen, and then check my email and she signed me up for an unlimited membership at 32$ per month against my consent and knowledge. 10/10 will not be using this place again.

I need a quick car wash since I have company coming into town and I I love how big and spacious the vacuuming area is and everyone was super nice! Super close to the house and I liked my first trip there so it’ll be my go-to spot

Just got a membership! I used to always go to Blue Wave but tried Quick Quack for the first time and I LOVE it! The people working at this location were so sweet! Inside the actual car wash it's super colorful and fun!

This place is AMAZING! Went to go get my car washed and the staff were so polite! Anthony was very welcoming and helped me get started with my membership! 5/5 stars, would highly recommend!

My front license plate always get bent out of shape every time I go through.they have not fixed this issue.it has been years and on everyone of my vehicles.
