Quick Quack Car Wash, Pharr TX

Haven’t cleaned my car in weeks and one car wash with them and it looks like this! Mario was very helpful and nice! I have the premium membership and it’s worth it!

This car wash was great! Excellent pressure and quick. Jacob was very friendly and the drying section was quick and worked great!

I’m in complete wow with the service - very outstanding! This guys actually go above and beyond. I look forward to continuous service, thank you!

Date of incident 9-18-23: Went for the free wash during yalls grand opening and the machine stopped twice while getting a wash. When the machine went down the 2nd time, one of the rollers stopped on the hood. When it started back up, it hit my stubby antenna and broke the base of it. Filed the claim and waited about two weeks for any response, just to be told the claim was denied.was told that I would be receiving another call from the owner explaining their situation regarding my issue, never happened. Why should I have to be covering the cost of damages when I didn't go in with a broken antenna. Update as of 10-20-2023, just received a call from the manager and was told that they would be taking care of my issues and the repairs. Even though it took some time from the initial incident, I appreciate the manager stepping up and taking care of me as a customer. Update as of 11-16-23, called a few times between the month of waiting and have been given the run around that the part had already been ordered and that it should be there at the store location. I have been told this multiple times already and that I would be receiving a call back, but yet again, no call. I've been more than patient on the matter, considering the time frame. How much longer am I gonna have to wait? Update as of 11-17-23, finally received a call back that the already ordered part is just now on back order.so we'll see how much longer now for a part that was supposedly already ordered a month ago. Later in the day update, an in stock part was purchased at a local dealer, (this could have been done months ago) and I will be picking up the part tomorrow as of 11-8-23. This issue took 3 months, and now I'm gonna have to install the part. Thanks

Literally took my cars emblem off and they didn’t do anything about it except give it back and now it’s broken and I can’t even put it back.update -
Mario the store manager reached out to me and was apologetic and took responsibility for the inconvenience and said they would be replacing the emblem for me.

Before i decided to get the membership i asked if i can bring my other 2 vehicles and of course they said "yes" nothing else. Today my husband went since i got the membership and now he had to pay $5 to add a vehicle. And next month it will come out to over $40. Im just disappointed at the fact they could of told me this before i signed up.

Carlo, the young man, treated me very kindly.
Weeks later I took my car and the machine hit it, they said they would take responsibility and they were going to talk to me but they haven't.

Quick quack car wash is a superior car wash. With the ceramic wash you vehicle will be left extremely shiney and clean.the staff was very welcoming and professional especially Kaylie L. She went a step above and helped me out Alot.

Today I went to this new establishment and very disappointed I wanted to have my car have a total wash with the undercarriage and the attendant told me, sorry sir we don’t take cash! Like what? Isn’t cash what we use? Also I don’t understand why the write your license plate number without your permission not a happy customer, first and last time I go to this establishment, and the need to install a credit card machine where you can decide if you want to pay credit or cash! Thanks but no thanks
